  • How dare she call him a lar? He came across as honest and ethical, produced the relevant documentation and tried to help the P out. She even admitted he didn't mention her metal allergy to him. How are she sue him? If anyone should be sued its her dentist. She seems a bit crazy actually esp as she spoke inti metal mike.

  • I see dead people

  • I think that guy's name is bad-ass.

  • she didn't have any problem talking into the metal mike....:) and holy crap there is a T in metal!!!

  • I can't bear to watch this ._. it breaks my heart.

  • sigh, she's bought into the woo...

  • i feel bad for her. for those of you you are lacking the heart organ just imagin if she was your mother...

  • omg did she just say "electromagnetic fields bother me so it just gives me energy?" Is she insane?

  • 10:16 What a funky dance

  • Crazy cat lady..she needs to be locked away..the fact a person like this is free to walk around just boggles my mind...anyone with a working brain can see hers isnt workin up to par..she needs serious mental help.....crazy cat ladies are creepy

  • The woman is "hypersensitive"... but that has nothing to do with physics/physiology. It's a psychosomatic disorder. It's essentially a form of phobia that is stressing her out and that's why she feels like crap.

Cognitive Behavioral Theraby is an excellent for such conditions. If she gets that and sees that it's not the metal (or EM fields) that is making her feel like crap, but her phobias... then she'll be able to use a permanent bridge and... well... feel good for the rest of her days.

  • @mkarnerfors What is that thing she had in her hand when she said "electromagnetic fields bother me so it gives me energy"

  • This lady is very intelligent. Intelligence is retaining information. However this lady appears to have no filter in what information is relevent. This leads to really smart people believing in really dumb things. And the sad part is, a lot of people will believe her because she's smart. It's called "argument from authority" or "I'm right because I'm smarter and it's the rest of the world that doesn't understand."

  • uuh lady.. i have metal through several parts of my body and im fine :P

  • she has a me(n)tal problem

  • I would hate to be the ladyś neighbor, I could just imagine the trouble she is

  • Cannot believe Southpark hasent touched this one

  • @10:05 God i hate scientifically illiterate quacks

  • Why is one of her pant legs longer than the other . . . ?

  • GO MYRNA!

  • the narrator: "now she suffers from weakness and constantly sleepy...."

Me: ".... thats called dieing " lol

  • Id like to see the degrees these doctors who call metals unhealthy have. Most prescription drugs contain elements that are 'metals' There is Iron in your blood. Calcium, Potassium, etc are metals and are crucial to proper health. And we're made out of this stuff, well mostly hydrogen oxygen and carbon, But still

Poor ol plantiff is caught up in the new age crud Even if the judge found in favour of the plantiff... Shed need a real doctors note to get any amount.

    These arent nuclear dentures

  • I feel like she's just old, and she listens to some things and not the other and probably in real life wouldn't listen to others and will keep on saying she is right. I bet that red thing she is holding too, she got scammed into buying that.

  • She keeps saying her dentist doesn't like to be bothered. What she means to say is that he won't put up with her anymore. haha

  • The woman is a paranoid senile crackpot, the only thing that is unbalanced is not metal causing her energy whatever to be unbalanced, it's her BRAIN.

Sad that she screwed this nice dentist and he won't extend himself as he did here, again with another patient.

  • Nickel causes localized reactions such as a rash but there is no proof that metal throws your spine off.

  • Myrna "Metel" Bennett.

  • "I'll be more specific about everything in the future"; that doesn't sound very specific.

  • The walking dead

  • This cas is unusual. The judge actually got out of her chair to look at the evidence!

  • I wonder if she knows there are electromagnetic fields in her house from all the wiries running through it to appliances.

  • The Pigeon Lady from Home Alone 2 shrank a little.

  • @VentMultimedia ahahahahaahaa actually the pidgeon lady from home alone 2 looks like susan boyle to me ahahahaa

  • Comment removed

  • Maybe they don't have 'meh-ul' on her home planet....

  • LOL at 0:46 she raises her left hand XD

  • @nmycon I saw it too, i seriously laughed my ass off

  • love this channel!! so happy i subbed :) thanx

  • I wonder what this woman looked like when she was younger.

  • @AlmostWorthless Can't imagine it being pretty. LOL She sorta looks like one of those organ grinder monkeys.

  • @AlmostWorthless I was thinking about that, too! I think she was pretty. When you see her smile, you can kind of see it.

  • @AlmostWorthless looks like a 195 year old version of Helena Bonham Carter

  • Stop making fun of the old lady, everyone. She's clearly a little off her rocker but she's not hurting anybody. She deserves to live comfortably like the rest of us and I feel bad that she can't afford a dentist. Keep in mind she's gotta be at least in her late 80's and looks put together for her age-she's still walking without assistance anyway. Maybe avoiding metal and all those energies does work.

  • I don't believe it. I've seen this woman on TV before. She was on a show called Jerry Sadowitz vs The People of New York. Jerry Sadowitz is a Scotish comedian who invited people up on stage to talk to him about whatever they want and he'd basically in most cases take the piss out of them. Lo and Behold this woman came up on stage and spouted off about toxic metals and warning Jerry about his watch battery. Needless to say he took the piss. Unfortunatly that show isn't on youtube.

  • I do sometimes talk with people like him on the phone and it is sometimes very difficult to understand what they are talking about.

  • The plaintiff is clearly senile.

  • @warblerab this is the WEIRDEST episode ever. I love it. ...but wow is she a nutjob

  • I've worked at a few whole foods locations in NYC and a natural foods store in Brooklyn...this old hag loves to come in and harass employees when she's making her purchases so that they don't run her products over the laser scanner at the register.

  • I think this woman is just unsatisfied regardless. The defendant bent over backwards to help her out and she is an ungrateful old hag.

  • learn it easy way what i just learned the hard way - do NOT watch this while eating - it will NOT do you good!

  • lol i thought she was talking about another bridge woops ^^;

  • doesnt tht mic have metal in??? isnt tht disturbing her???

  • @25mobs That's why she has the little thingy in her hand.... lol, it blocks them.

  • Judge M: What's that in your hand?

Old Lady: Electromagnetic fields bother me.

    Judge M.: Okay... ._.

  • @sakume I'm surprised this woman isnt asked if she has been diagnosed with schizophrenia or any other mental disorder. I find it hard to believe she is allergic to metal, the mic she's talking on is metal.

  • She needs a new bridge to troll under? not happening!!

  • The Plaintiff is one of those crazy old ladies who are never satisfied. "the color was horrible" "I'm allergic to metal...it gives me energy" WHAT?! She's one of those people who can 'feel' the energy in a room...and she's a part of MENSA?! omg...I'm out of words. Crazy old lady...

  • @xPinkStrifex I get different feelings from rooms. Mostly it has to do with lighting. Oh, btw, there is a fine line between genius and insanity.

  • at 45 seconds the old lady raises the wrong hand hahaha

  • that lady should go ring the bell at the norde dam basilica

  • i felt like crying for the old lady. i wish i could give her dentures for free.

  • @IHeArTrOcK20 why??? she's complaining for no reason

  • @MChell87 cause she's old!!!!

  • @IHeArTrOcK20 not all people that are old complain for no reason, geez you must know some really annoying old people..

  • @MChell87 you're stupid if all the old people liked to complain i wouldn't sympathize for them i am simply saying i feel bad for her cause she is old, ya feel me? she is no position to be losing money way past her wonder years and i feel bad for her idk wether she's complaining or not all i'm saying is that i feel bad for her

  • @IHeArTrOcK20 lol your stupid! who cares because she's old, what difference does it make? you're annoying too!

  • wow, glad I don't live in the states if people don't go to dentists because the dentists 'can't be bothered'

  • @Konstiin um....that's one dentist out of how many millions?

  • that poor guy hit the jackpot when she walked through the door.

  • she looks 425yrs of age.

  • @agaichapter25 That's not nice.

  • How can one be allergic to metal? There are about 70-80 different metals in the periodic table, you can't be allergic to all of them. And what's the deal with magnetic fields bothering her? Does the Earth's magnetic field bother her too?

"It gives me energy", LOL, my arse. There exists no device on earth that can give "energy" to a human. Food is the only thing that gives energy, unless you're a plant or a bloody household appliance.

The hypochondric old hag should be locked in an asylum.

  • @Timrath i agree with the first half but everything is energy ( atoms and molecules and such ) constantly giving off some amount of energy perhaps different to that of things we recognize as living

  • @crackfiendables No, atoms are matter, not energy. It is possible to convert one into the other, but that doesn't mean they're the same. That would go contrary to everything we have established about physics. There are some philosophic views on how the two aren't really opposites but sides of the same coin, but that's just a pretty way to look at it, without any regard to how fundamentally different matter behaves from energy.

  • @crackfiendables For the second part, matter cannot perpetually give off energy. For matter to give off energy, it has to first receive energy. Once that is depleted, it stops radiating.

Then, there's the question of what form of energy we are talking about. I presume you do know that there exist only 5 forms of energy: mechanical, chemical, electromagnetic, electrical and thermal. Unlike plants, us mammals can only receive usable energy in the chemical form. That's why we have to eat to live.

  • @crackfiendables As for the other 4 forms of energy:

Thermal (heat) can either damage us, or help us conserve our stored chemical energy. It cannot add to our energy potential.

Mechanical is right out in this context, because for things to transfer mechanical energy to a living body, they'd have to interact with it kinetically.

Electrical is also out, because objects usually don't give off electric current, unless they're generators or batteries.

  • @Timrath Because you can be.

If you give me a ring made of silver or copper it will go form a green goo underneath it wich drips from under it. Pretty disgusting and it iches like shit. I have to wear gold or titanium.

Some metals will give some people some rather weird complaints. I though it was bullshit untill I saw the green stuff drip from my hand.

  • @JustineBieberxoxo I'm allergic, too! I break out in hives wherever the metal has been... I've never had green stuff drip from my hand, though! Gold and titanium are okay with me, too! No allergic reaction whatsoever with them. Did your metal allergy start in your teens? I could always wear all of the cheap stuff until I was about 16, then I started getting hives...

  • @TheChannyj28 I had a metal chain for very very long when I was young, and I can't remember the exact metal but no complaints. I don't know what happened to it.

The first piece of jewelry I remember after that was a ring at 14. It didnt go well.

Tried many many metals but often I get a green soapy something on my skin.

  • @Timrath i am alliac to nickel when i wear my neckless i get a rash on my i still wear but it was my mothers neckless it is a cross with jesus on it.

  • @Timrath i am allergic to nickel get a rash on my neck form my neckless it was my motherswho past away 6 years ago its a cross with jesus on it.

  • @Timrath I am allergic to SOME metals. I'm not allergic to gold, titanium, or surgical steel... those are the only metals I have been able to have on that don't break me out in hives. Even silver will break me out. I've never had metal in my mouth (not even fillings,) so I don't know what that would do, but I can imagine that it wouldn't be too good! Lol! I sucks not being able to wear belts and watches and pretty, cheap jewelry.... *sighs*

  • Yes, the Defendant made her a bridge. ~ To live under and wait for The Three Billy Goats Gruff.

  • how has she lived so long if she has all these allergies? *sigh* I am tempted to shove the metal in her mouth then slam the ambulance door shut bon voyage bitch!

  • 4:57 lol ABSOLUTELY!!!

  • WOW she looked so sad coming out of the court , the metal got her JU JU all messed up. Now her pants won't meet her shoes and she is all off balance. (Oh, yeah, that lady she had with her was some help huh? LOL, she was standing there like saying -- don't look at me please I don't want to explain.

  • allergies are natures way of thinning out the herd....

  • at 4:32 the security dude is like "WTF"??

  • I am going to put as much metal in my mouth as possible.

  • lol when the old lady raises her "left" hand instead of "right"

  • Plantiff is hot

  • We are all alergic to toxic metal.

  • She looks like an older Helena Bonhem Carter....

  • @FoxfireAnomaly no way

  • Must suck to be in nyc with an metal allergy...nothing but steel & concrete!

  • 'wTF, grandma has on tube socks, maryjanes and a pair of Jams. LOL.....plus you get to see that "bag o bridges" LOL, and two books. LOL oh damn this was not real. lol

  • Grandma is on some substances that are very potent. I long for the day magnetic fields mess with my head. It's not every day you see a bag of bridges. LOL LOL.

  • 9:20 She gives health tips? They don't seem to be working to well for her... I certainly wouldn't be taking any of them.

  • she really does give lectures for MENSA............. in her living room. for her cats

  • The defendant looks like Mike Meyers.

  • She...is...crazy....

  • Poor lady.

She shouldn't listen to Heavy Metal.

  • I don't think it's the metal making her unstable.

  • Meh-ul instead of saying metal.

  • @HillValleyCA

She pronounced the "t" in metal.

  • What is "MeH UL?"

  • @debdelport LOL!

  • i hope the plaintiff has more of her gadgets on dec 21 2012 lol

  • That former dentist (not the defendant) was an ass for making her someone else's headache and he didn't even highlight her "meht - al" sensitivity - he probably wanted to get rid of her anyway. Kudos for the defendant's win :)

  • Damn go Judge Milan! Your sum is ZERO!! lol

  • i think this woman has serious mental issues. lol

  • @tlv156

Have you ever heard of Mensa? Nah.

  • @frickadele

See, Fricky, what happens when a cynic, whose a lil' too full of himself, thinks he can put out lesser quality "stuff" than usual. Then some jackass points it out in the comments, once or twice, and before you know it; you get down-graded to reality tv.

Well, this time doggy got a bone, but nobody had to throw it to him... woof

  • Magnetic fields bother her? WOW - Ancient hippy!

  • The bailiff Douglas looks as if his whole head is painted with a black magic marker.

  • she looks like she can barely move

u really t hink the metal is fuckin u up when ur 80

  • With the way the Plaintiff acts, it makes me wonder if she has an undiagnosed case of either Asperger's or another Autism Spectrum.

  • yo, she's nuts..but. she does lectures for MENSA!?

dude... >.< I could only wish.. QQ

  • O dear shes one of those people who believes in energys from elements and colours. I hate that crap.

  • This was such a crazy case!! Loved it!

  • For goodness sakes, she told everyone she hates met-UHL but, this guy? Mensa called and has rescinded your membership renewal...

  • ThePeopleCourt, you are awesome :)

  • I love this show. Thankk you so much.

  • dear god. the way she says METAL pisses me off....

    MET-AHL

  • @simonchoi515, lololol, I hear MA-L.

  • I dont understand the metal - balance thing, but there are toxic metals like mercury that shouldn't be used in dentistry.

  • @nitrowheel Don't believe it, it's a lie. Yes, mercury is toxic on itself, but once it's amalgamated, it doesn't dissipate into your body, and is perfectly harmless.

The myth about amalgam being poisonous belongs to the same category as the ones alleging that cell phones give you cancer, that microwave ovens make you sick, that power lines give you leukemia, that acupuncture and homeopathy work, etc.

  • Mensa?!?!?!?!?!

  • Three hundred years ago she would have been burned at the steak. Bless her.

  • @jodyjock Sad, you're right, and even today she's probably treated unfavorbale sometimes because of her eccentricity.

  • @jodyjock Stake

  • Met-L

  • she hardly ever finds for the plaintiff

  • @tlcjuliet That's because unlike other TV drama judes, Judge Millian actually goes by the law and expects people to prove their case.

  • awww, poor old lady.

But that walk at the end was kind of creepy, sorry...

  • much thanks for all of the work you do for us

    :)

  • Love, love, love these videos! I look forward to them every day! Thanks for posting!!

  • SOMEONE ESCAPED FROM THE LOONEY BIN!

  • No metal seems to have thrown her off balance

  • thanks for all of the uploads!!

wow not sure about this I am allergic---I feel energies.....

  • I don't might the glitch, thanks for taking the time to point it out so we know what happened.

  • @Serendeppity2009 Thank you for understanding!

  • @ThePeopleCourt Thank YOU for uploading. This is very much appreciated!

  • I feel for the plaintiff, she seems to have a lot of physical problems, I don't feel the defendant was at fault either, I do feel her own dentist is an ass, he didn't want to be bothered with certain things, why did she still go to him ? and pay him nonetheless ? I don't shop or patronage any place where I feel dis-respected, bottom line, REALLY take care of your teeth !

  • @remembawhen I think her own dentist was looking to fob her off one somebody else because I don't doubt she was "tiresome" to say the least! I know it sounds awful but I think she would try the patience of a Saint!

  • @soxbox1, you're probably right, but I just felt bad for the fact that she obviously has other health problems, and now probably can't eat a good meal because of ill fitting or worthless dentures, besides the pain they must cause.

  • @soxbox1 -- The ironic thing about this whole case is that with all of the plaintiff's "concerns", she's actually only 32. ;) I used to have a friend like the plaintiff. She swore that "black rivers" ran underground and if you lived over a black river, you would get cancer, you'd have no energy, you'd be sick all the time. She had this little box that would plug into a wall outlet that would supposedly nullify the negative energy of the black rivers. She had one in every outlet. She died.

  • @AdLaura Poor old thing! She's lost the plot a bit, hasn't she? I bet her old dentist heaved a big old sigh of relief to fob her off on somebody else. Sadly, one's patience does run thin after dealing with people like her for any length of time. It's wearisome

  • @soxbox1 -- It's unfortunately true. This friend of mine that I mentioned...we were like sisters. Laughed all the time. Had tons of fun together. Then she got into all of this "black river" crap. Totally believed it. Suddenly, it became her main focus in life. Kind of like this plaintiff. I bet she goes on and on and on about metals the way my friend used to talk about rivers. It got to the point that I couldn't stand to be around her. At her funeral there were maybe 10 people there.
