@StartTheAlpha12 You're very welcome. ^_^ Although, I don't really consider these drawing videos as "How-To's" since it's more of me speed drawing, I'm glad to hear that they have sometimes helped people in the process. So, thank you for letting me know that.

@Renegade2895 Well, for most characters in the Sonic series with the exception of some like Cream the Rabbit, I usually draw a light oval circle starting a little over the chin. Then, I'd lightly draw sticks as a way to know how I want the arms and legs to pose. At the end of the arms, I'd draw a circle on each for the hands and try my best the get the fingers right. As for the legs, I shape them the same as the shoes. Just remember that EVERY drawing you make is always consisted of shapes.

@Renegade2895 (cont.) That's the mistake I used to make as a kid. Though I was talented for my age, I always drew based on what I saw rather than taking my time to see how things were constructed to make the perfect proportions. I didn't learn this until I looked up how to's from animators as I got into my teens. After that, I drew everything based on what shapes they are made up of. That's really all a character is: a bunch of shapes that come together to form an object and/or person.

@Renegade2895 (cont.) I want to try to do a how to on a least one character's body for everyone to see what I mean, but I've been busy in the real world (being that I'm in college and all). But, just try to learn on your own based on what I told you. That's how I had to learn how to draw Sonic characters; by teaching myself and it wasn't an overnight success. Just keep practicing and you'll get it eventually. :) If this advice doesn't work, I'll try to see what I can do this year.

@Fireblazezz That's actually true. I can naturally draw Sonic characters within 3-5 minutes since they're very simple to draw, but since I was holding the camera with one hand and drawing with the other, I had to make sure I was careful and didn't stray the camera away from the drawing which made it a bit slower than usual. In other words, I wish I had a really good tripod right about now. lol

@Yellowfanglovr I know what you mean. When I was in the 8th grade, that was the first time I started to learn how to shade. It takes a while to get used to, but with a lot of practice it actually becomes easier than you think. The more you try, it will be like second nature to you.

But I'll tell what's really hard: Trying to do these drawing videos with one hand holding the camera while drawing and shading with the other. lol

@AndiTheRaccon I don't consider myself a pro, but many have said that I do draw at a professional level. I've just been drawing for a long time that my skills increase the more I continue to do so. It's pretty much like this: "the worst critic in the world for an artist is him/herself". I might not think that my drawings are at the best level while many might say the opposite. I'm always constantly thinking that I need to be better than what I am as an artist.
