yeah ive assumed that...i been PTing for a while now to get iron man, i have 23 pullups (widegrip) 132 crunches and a 11: 42 mile and 3 quarters (thats what they do at my pool functions) but ive dropped at least 30 seconds each poolee function. hopefully i can get it down to 8:50ish...but yeah im not gonna quit
