Why is it that when Mark refers to Robotron 2084, he calls it twenty eighty-four but as far as the year 2011 and 2012, he says two thousand eleven and two thousand twelve? Personally I can't stand it when people call it that. Back in 99 we said nineteen ninty-nine so in 2010, we should be saying twenty ten, 2011, twenty eleven and 2012, twenty twelve. That's how you say the years. Save yourself a syllable. Twenty twelve sounds more intelligent than two thousand twelve as well.
