you have to unlock all minigames to get the Ztar on the menu, and it plays beach volley folly

I don't wanna brag here, but my highest record on Mushroom Medic is a maximum of 99 patients saved with a rating of Doctor Star. The best rating in Mushroom Medic. I did it with Luigi. And when I was doing so, I was having a complete panic attack when I was going further on and I only had 5 seconds to do so. I bet none or some of you made it to that maximum. :)

You have to hit a rumbling area about three times to get anything =)
