@iwantagoodnameplease Bone is referring to trombone, I believe, and "the tag" refers to a couple different things, I think in this case it's just a standard sort of ending, but it can also refer to going back two measures and repeating. Depends on the song, really, but it often means go back two bars and repeat, or it might go back two bars, then repeat that same melodic/harmonic motif UP either a whole step or a half-step (or occasionally a minor third), then play the final two bars again.
