Mario Paint Composer doesn't allow those notes on the program. This was the best I (or anyone else in the world) could do.

Also, at around 0:11 to 0:12, you're missing a note (the high F, I believe).

I do not have Mario Paint and I do not know how it works, but to my knowledge, you can make chords that sound like high notes not supported by Mario Paint. This would have sufficed as the high F about 3/4 into the eleventh second of the song, unless chords don't work.
