There's nothing wrong with her voice just that she sings in a lower key so it sounds darker than it should all artists do this so their voices wont get ruind in future.

Even mariah carey / whitney houston does it :).

Amy Macdonald sounds exactly the same as in studio as on live just that lower key so it will sound darker.

I think this is a great live performance! But she didn´t play it in a lower key she just used a capo so it´s easier to play the in C sharp minor. When you know the chords original studio version you can play them to this performane and it sounds right.

Who is Gabriella Cimli? Amy Macdonald can sing. But, in the end, it´s just a matter of personal taste. I even prefer her live voice to her studio voice. For all I care, she should sing in the same sweet Scottish accent that she uses when talking in interviews. :-p
