The story keeps dramatically changing from one to another, from COD4 to MW2, they make technology that would be in the far future in just 5 years? Please! Next, MW4 will have cloaking devices and heat seeking bullets that you can magically have by putting a patch on your body called a perk.

And I don't see where you come with me looking for hardcore in BF3, never wrote that. BF2 will always be better than BF3 for me only because of it's mods and maps.

Well I came out a little too harsh with my previous comment.

TBH, those games were created with the intent of being console ports. I just recently switched from a ati 4890 to two 460's. Now with my previous card, Bad Company 2 never put any strain on it, hardly if at all, my fps was decreased to less then 60fps. All PC games are technically nothing more then console ports today. The average GPU is overkill for almost everything now.

yea they really did mess up on battlefield 3. The game does look great. The singleplayer feels like COD. Heavy scripted, Infinite enemy spawns to the next check point. And no tactics. What singleplayer should have been is a tactical strategy FPS where you have options to complete objectives. When I play battlefield 3's singleplayer I feel like I'm just along for the ride. And nothing I do really matters. If i go off the path I'm punished for it. AI Mates push my out of cover. It's crap.

Everything nowadays has to be new, or else it is dropped for the new things. For example using games, Modern Warfare 3 and Battlefield 3 are competing.
