Im not trolling I have a 2010 Nissan GTR and I have tuned it up to over 600HP and I am sure I can take this car any day, around the track and in a drag... But if I was to trade my GTR for 1-2 days with a 458, I would definitely give a resounding YES!!!! Don't get me wrong, I love my GTR, but there is always something Ferrari will have that no HIGH performing Nissan will ever have and NO... its not "SOUL" or "HISTORY"... Its the raw feel of power....
p.s. he kinda sounds like richard hammond, I bet he thinks about it sometimes too and might even be self conscious about his own voice due to it, or perhaps vice versa for richard hammond... either way I can hear it in his voice, his pronunciation seems to change and he's choosing his words then having trouble saying them as he hears himself speak...

35yearoldboy my guess is that the DSG-box would have cost way too much back then, also people have always wanted a "proper"gear box in their sports cars, including myself but ferrari kind of forced this gear box in the 458 by not offering a standard tx and I am glad they had the balls to do that because it is amazing how fast the gears change. it puts a smule on my face.

i respect the mp4-12c and the lp570-4 Sup... but i love this.Before the 458 it was the v12 vantage and before the v12 vantage was the f430 Scuderia and AM DBS Enzo Veyron but he 458 best

@fifafan1 The Caparo t1's engine is alot more powerful for its capacity. But nevertheless, almost all sportscar manufacturers are able to do even smaller engines with still more power, it's just that you need to balance power/litre with reliability and driveability. So the 458 italias engine, is nowhere near groundbraking in any way. It's just a really good engine for a great car.
@vithaj92 the caparo t1 is a f1 car and weighs nearly next to nothing it has the body of a f1 car i dont conisder the caparo t1 a street car but yes it has an impresive engine
@fifafan1 The caparo t1 is no more an F1 than a yamaha R1 is a motogp bike, but I agree, probably unbearable on normal streets. But, I just wanted to make a point, that manufacturers can make alot more powerful engines, at the cost of reliability and buildingcost. But I guess you could say that this engine is amazing because it is very reliable (which I dont know if it is).

@SoggyFlapjackes the porsche has a turbo egine, a N/A engine means it doesnt have any turbos or superchargers the porsche has a twin turbo only honda and ferrrari are the two companys that hasn't made turbo or supercharged engines stock
So if the ferrari was turbo charged stock it would be a different league than the porsche

@fifafan1 The Caparo t1's engine is alot more powerful for its capacity. But nevertheless, almost all sportscar manufacturers are able to do even smaller engines with still more power, it's just that you need to balance power/litre with reliability and driveability. So the 458 italias engine, is nowhere near groundbraking in any way. It's just a really good engine for a great car.

@fifafan1 The caparo t1 is no more an F1 than a yamaha R1 is a motogp bike, but I agree, probably unbearable on normal streets. But, I just wanted to make a point, that manufacturers can make alot more powerful engines, at the cost of reliability and buildingcost. But I guess you could say that this engine is amazing because it is very reliable (which I dont know if it is).
