@tyduckman its a light - in their music video Ich Tu Dir Weh the lead singer (Till) had his cheek peirced so they could run a light through it. But when they perform live they just run it right into his mouth and you can barely see it. Usually they only use the light for the song Rammlied but since they only played four or five songs on Jimmy Kimmel he used it for Du Hast.
