Those fixtures look a lot like the original Westinghouse Fixtures

They're original Adams Survivor fixtures. (Note, Survivor Plus is completely different) Schindler apparently owns Adams, and took over Westinghouse, so there is a connection.

I wonder what the equivalent is of that hydraulic to a regular building floor wise. There is such great distance between the 4 levels that those hydraulics are definately HIGHdraulic.

Those elevators were so busy one time that they stopped and only went down, most likely because they got overheated!
