@missflafl Doesn't the Quran say to provide Justice? and for government to make it possible for justice. Meaning the offended party can ask for eye for an eye revenge if they want, BUT it doesn't say this should be enforced or encouraged. In fact those who forgive are higher in the sight of God

When people can't go out, can't leave, don't get paid, can't even talk to their own family on the phone kept like a dog some of them are going to snap eventually. When people can't go out, can't leave, don't get paid, can't even talk to their own family on the phone kept like a dog some of them are going to snap eventually. Many workers in dubai wish to laeve but can't beacuse their passport have been taken and they haven't been paid in months, so they can even afford a ticket home. If the leader of dubai can spend 70 million for a damn horse(which he did) then they could pay these worker proper wages. But considering that there is no protection for forigen workers, Every country should should put a ban on sending maids and constrution workers to the middle east

I dont know when it was made but I can tell its still happening. I've been living in the UAE and can tell you first hand that labor camps, slavery, sex slavery is in full force in the country. There is also a horrible trend in girls getting gang raped by emiratis and visiting saudis--of course they only target Asians, not americans or europeans-- and getting off scot-free. The courts decide that the girl asked for it and cooerced the men.

Yes, man's inhumanity to man is always heartbreaking no matter if its in the UAE or the USA. I call it like I see it wherever I am. Right now I'm seeing it in the UAE and maybe it pisses me off more there because it goes down in a country which places religion above all else (besides money of course). They claim to be God-fearing and devout and yet they perpetrate crimes against fellow human beings.
