I used to hit my hand against something hard and let the pain be a lesson to it for not doing what I wanted, but I wouldn't really advise that. You can try practising hands separately until your motor muscles have memorised the notes and combine them by playing slowly and gradually building up speed. That usually helps. Just requires patience and determination.

Dude put the camera at (x) angle. Dude it would be easier if you put the camera at (y) angle. You know you should put the camera at (z) angle to make it easier to see. I think you should try using (f) angle.
