@Abr022575, Yes you are correct Tim Burton originally, casted Bill Murray aka William James Murray for the role of Bruce Wayne/Batman in this 1989 blockbuster. Tim Burton later changed his mind as Bill Murray didn't fit the comic book icon Batman correctly. He chose Michael Keaton for the role because, Keaton had a different style to the character as he did playing Beetlejuice aka Betelguise. Bill Murray was perfect for Dr. Peter Venkman in "Ghostbusters" in 1984 I'm glad he got that role.
