im a giants season ticket holder. i take offense to that statement. we've done nothing that compares to philly. we've only thrown ice at san diego players. philly fans have flipped over cars and set fire to them, thrown snowballs at santa, and taunted joe jurevicius for his dead infant. comparing our actions to those of eagles fans is outrageous and out of proportion. when we heckle, we know our stuff, but we know the limits of whats acceptable and whats not.
Really? You take offense to the fact that there are assholes in every city including New York. There's 8 million+ people in NY. You want to tell me none of the assholes attend a game? You bring up examples of assholes being assholes. Big deal. I didn't say they didn't exist.

That is a much more subdued experience than I had. Try sitting in 317, right next to 318 where all the Eagle fans sat. I may have gotten beer thrown at me and middle fingers galore, but hey, free beer is free beer. What do you expect from Philly fans?
Haha. I would be upset, yes. But I would not stoop to the levels of decadence I saw firsthand from Philly fans a week ago. Nor do I think it proper that you would tell me what I would do in a completely hypothetical situation when you and I have never had the pleasure to meet.

people do that in every stadium. they're what's known as "assholes." it has nothing to do with what city you're in. New York is probably worse.

Well, my only real problem is "What do you expect from Philly fans?"
We get grouped into some sort of 'most evil fans on the planet' category (which is mostly an invention of ESPN and such)
And I've never liked the stereotype
Yes there were probably some jackass Eagles fans there. But that's cause they were jackasses in general. Just so happens they're Eagles fans.
