@75egcg, Jesus, the Son of God, Prince of peace and King of kings, never forced anyone to convert them to His views. As the Word of God, He came to Earth as a mortal human being to set us an example by living a sinless life through the 10 Commandments. He allowed Himself to die as the ultimate sacrifice for the remission of sins for all of humanity to help us reconnect to God the Father, and came back to life. No other religious leader has done these things. Only with Jesus, there's hope.

Science finally caught up in the 1500’s, Magellan sailed around the world. I remember a song I sang as a child in school, “Columbus sailed the ocean blue in 1492”. Prior to Magellan and Columbus folks believed that you could fall off the edge of the earth. If they would have read their Bibles they would have realized that the earth was round and was held up by nothing.

As the Word of God, He came to Earth as a mortal human being to set us an example by living a sinless life through the 10 Commandments. @CAtholic29, Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life, not you or any other man. I'm not lying and the Roman church did get rid of the 2nd commandment on idolatry and the 4th commandment was modified and became the 3rd commandment; it divided the 10th commandment to create the 9th and 10th commandments. You simply cannot change God's commandments. Check the Vatican website for proof: vatican.va. Click on Holy See and type ten commandments at the search prompt. The proof is there!

Jesus is the way the truth and the life . Not you or any other protestant denomination . That is why you worship God your way and we do it GOds way through the Eucharist (John 6,1Cor 10 and 11 ,Didache, Ignatius , etc ) The commandments had same meaning however protestants changed 9 and 10 and combined them when they had different meaning . @misselissisme there are real wolves in sheep clothing directing well-intentioned men on paths of unholy practice, like fabian socialism or the muslim brotherhood, the Catholic Church is not one. It's irresponsible to suggest the valid criticisms of hierarchy in the Church somehow invalidate the doctrine for in essential practice, Catholicism offers salvage to all through the Word of God. The 1st line between good and evil is drawn between organizations the 2nd is drawn by individual practices.

@CAtholic29 i could aggree wit you on some facts the video is presenting facts that are in scriptures, but this guy is saying what they represent things of the catholic church. how can he say them colours are representing, when the scriptrues does not say....ok catholics have some points off the wall..but to say prophecy says this or that , is wrong..most prohecy from the bible we can understand only when it comes to pass

@CAtholic29, no, that's not true. He was a Catholic and so was I. The truth is in Jesus and Jesus alone along with His Commandments as written in Revelation 14:12, not in a pope or the papacy. The video is not about attacking the Roman church but in what has been done and said by mortal men in the papacy. And for mortal men to say that they represent God on earth or have to power to forgive sin is defined in the Bible as blasphemy!

A real Catholic who knows that scripture justifies the Catholic church and can prove it by quoting it would never leave the church . You obviously cannot say that certain men do not have the power to forgive sins simply because there is no scripture saying that but quite the opposite . Read John 20:21-22 "Whos sins you have forgiven they are forgiven and whos sins you retain are retained "

@CAtholic29, Scripture justifies Jesus as the Son of God and the Lamb of God through whom only sins can be forgiven...not the Roman church. Why certain men can forgive sins? Only God can forgive sins, not a priest nor a pope! Jesus' shed blood redeems us from sin. No man has the power to forgive sin to make us sinless before God.

When Jesus said to Peter that he was responsible his church, a church simply means a community of believers.
