I was really obese before and I felt terrible about myself so over 2 months (in the summer) I did rigorous activity and I became SO SKINNY! Now I get teased for being skinny, but honestly I feel great but... recently in October I stopped doing cardio, and started to eat more because the words were getting to me that I was "too skinny". In all honesty I do wan't to bulk up and become really muscular but now im skinny, will it happen still? I am 15 by the way.

@aceW3RM at your age the best thing to do to gain strong muscle and become really healthy you need to do push ups, pull ups and abs workouts :) if you are not strong enough to do them buy calisthenicskingz dvd called boot camp basics it is really good.
