I think you let the story get off easy. Some of the names that, according to my copy of Grimm's Fairy Tales, she suggested included things in the room with -shanks added to them: Roast-ribs, or Sheepshanks, or Spindleshanks? Then, after she gets his name, Rumplestiltskin throws a tantrum at the end of which he "split in two, and that was the end of him." So not only do you get what you want, but all the loose ends will tidy themselves up permanently without you having to do the dirty work.
And so years pass, and Jessica learns to love the King, and never regrets not marrying that saxophonist her father told her about.
The King sometimes asks Jessica to spin straw into gold again, but she always says she's tired. We also never find out the name of the King or what region he's actually king of. It's possible that he's Rumplestiltskin's dad and he set the whole thing up to punish his ugly son for wanting to marry a girl who's in the chorus of "West Side Story".
And the father, who caused all the trouble in the first place, ends up with a princess for a daughter and presumably becomes rich and influential himself.
Rumplestiltskin's moral truly is Stupid People Can Rule The World As Long As They're Not Hideous.
I normally don't bother commenting on YouTube videos, but this video was brilliant! Charly's laugh is so contagious, and Josh you're simply hilarious. :)
