Nice idea and might have some good uses in limited scope. The problem is that people are still moving their wrists and arms regardless. My arm and wrist sits nice and comfy with my trackball :) Would also help if people just learned keyboard shortcuts too.

What about when using brushes in PS during masking? It looks like it might not work or at least be awkward. Anybody here a PS power user using a mouse like this? (and no, I don't like using a pen and tablet.)

it seems like their mouse design would just cause problems with the back and shoulder considering the user cannot rest their arm on the table and are forced to hold it up.

I do not have "traditional mouse". I have wireless mouse with more cool design like the one in 1:15 and I'm satisfied with it. But this looks kinda stupid to use :D I also have set my sensitivity to pretty high :P

It used to be that people tried to reinvent the mousetrap, I guess in the modern world they try to reinvent the computer mouse. I really don't see the point in this. If you're using a mouse so much that you get injured you should probably be thinking about other options than a different mouse.

Seriously; I have my cordless set to the highest sensitivity, I can move it across all three screens and stay accurate to the millimeter without moving anything but my wrist.
