First JVP started to kill government officials then government responded by systemically searching for all the people of a certain age group 17-25 who had jvp links and eradicating them.Sinhalese turning on themselves. it is often said ltte copied the methods of the jvp and turned on whole sinhalese nation,than just the gov.
