I agree to a certain extent, that the original verison of this song casts an entirely diff mood with its erie, sultry, early Roxy classic artsy avant garde sound, but this song begs to be played as a party #, and Roxy doesn't disappoint in this performance!...Just exudes fun all the way thru!
Sorry, this is not the best Roxy version. This song should be cool, slow and downbeat, with lots of bass and background horn. This version sounds like some pumped-up disco version, like Ferry needs to go to the can and is trying to get through he number as quickly as he can.
