He makes a good point, Verizon has good cell coverage in my area and everything else horrible, that is knowledgeable customer service, honest customer service, prices, and reliability. All horrible. Verizon leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

i would suggest to all verizon's customers if they could cancel their account specially on DSL internet connection..... tech support agents were not friendly. they became more irate when they were called for assistance.. pointless to use the service because i always tried to pay my bill on time but the service was not best.. very slow connection speed
