    But they were given their freedom and thrived and knowing that they were spotted on a regular basis most mornings in the garden where they over-wintered for at least 2 years made all the work (and mess) so worthwhile.

  • I e-mailed this vid to my friend who gave me that plant and who had gone to Spain for the winter and she loved it!! Sent it all round the world to various people!

    And you're right I couldn't be cross with them! You should see my house! There are holes in the ceiling, chewed bits out of the wooden kitchen units and knobs, even bits of enamel chewed out of the cooker!!
