yes. live mice can bite your snake and kill it.

  • @Reptilefreak333 thats why you watch mice and they cant do it? be smart kid

  • @Reptilefreak333 watch the live mice to see if the bite when you feed it

  • the corn snake is like "come on budy... im not guna eat u i just wanna play... come on wake up"

  • they look like gummy snakes

  • go snakes

  • If you use tweezers to wiggle the food the snake thinks the food is alive and will then continue to constrict and kill :)

  • are snakes more attracted to live animals in terms of food or dead or does it not matter?

  • @pejb83 it all depends some snakes will eat both it wont matter some will only eat frozen\thawed which is better for your snake because live do bite and can injure your animal. but some will only eat live. it all depends. like if you snake will not eat frozen\thawed at all switch to live. its always good to start with frozen\thawed to reduce risk to your snake.

  • @pejb83 Yeah They're attracted more too live prey.

  • What morph corn snake was that? He was beautiful!!

  • @KRAZZYKI11ER1

Grab the mouse on it's shoulders and right in between it's neck and pull fast but not too hard. It breaks their spine and kills them quickly. But do this fast, mice are fast and mean little critters when they know you're gonna kill em.

  • if that was my corn... the mouse would have been gone in 20 seconds.

  • Keep an eye open at night ...crawling into you bed at night lol J.K ... Just kidding

  • @TheGuitarforthewin OHH I GOT A GRIP ON UR MOMS ASS AND U SOUND LIKE A LITTLE BITCH LOL

  • @DragonStr323 hmm so you think that its better for the mouse to be in pain? you should be ashamed.

  • @DragonStr323 I agree with you but that way its not cruel for the mice :L

  • @SuperReptile100 true i gusse..

  • 7:12 is that a frog?

  • which is better? red tail boa or a ball python?

  • @shaycarlFTw red tail boa you can buy one for like 2ooo dollers last thing i knew

  • @shaycarlFTw wait to get the red tail til a show by me there 20 bucks instead of 200 in stores

  • @shaycarlFTw i will go with a ball python!:D

  • @shaycarlFTw ball python because they are easy, friendly and are relatively small and they cost less

  • @shaycarlFTw if your looking for a first time snake i'd strongly recommend a ball python there very docile and are great starter snakes. On the other hand if you are a little bit more experienced and have more than just a little knowledge on snakes then id go with the red tail. There very tame and are usually great companions (: good luck!

  • @shaycarlFTw i have both, but they both have to be handle different. Ball python is a great starter pet for anyone new to snakes. Tho, i find my baby red tail to be less aggressive at the same age.

  • @shaycarlFTw ..I say a red tail boa defintly!:)..i have one and hes sickk!there more expensive but there better!..

  • @shaycarlFTw idk but im getting a red tail boa in a few days the girls will reach 10 if not 11 or 12 ft. they will live for a very long time i think like 15-30 years. 30 years is less likely though.

  • @shaycarlFTw ball python cuzz red tail r agreesve and bites alot my bro has 1 and it hates my mumz

  • @shaycarlFTw ball python

  • @shaycarlFTw red tail boa

  • @shaycarlFTw Red tail boa they are more active but they do get bigger if u have a female males get 6 ft femals get 8-10

  • @shaycarlFTw red tail boa

  • @shaycarlFTw

    definately ball python!

  • @shaycarlFTw Good ass question O_O I have a female ball python named Sookie, but I'm dying for a red tail boa : (

  • @shaycarlFTw depends on what you like

  • @shaycarlFTw ReD tail boa

  • thats red, yellow, and white snake is really sweet! what kind is it?? i think you said already but i am to lazy to go back through the video

  • its

if red touches yellow ur a dead fellow if red touches black ur okay jack

  • for the milk snake.... if red touches yellow kill a fellow.

if black touches red your not dead.

  • Why do you feed prekilled to the snakes but alive food to the packman?

Is it because the Packman wont eat prekilled?

  • billflowers is a racist pig. everyone plz flag him, we had i disagreement and he replyed by repetitivly saying racist and ofensive things to me. thank you for your time.

but anyway this vid is epic.

  • what morph corn is that

  • cool video, so fucking cool.

  • That is a beautiful corn snake. What coloring is that. I might get that one insted of the original I was thinking of.

  • whats the name of the second type of snake? what species is it?

  • @Airr91 im not sure but i think its a queblo milk snake

  • 9:25 EAT DA POO-POO

  • WOW! how many Snakes do you have they are all beautiful ! apart from the rats& mice

  • How do you prekill mice?

  • @BDawg71192 You buy them that way, make your own CO2 chamber, or swing them around and strike their head against a hard object. I'm not joking about that last one either, lol.

  • @AmericanMuscleCarSS Woah! Interesting!! Thanks for answering my question man :)

  • I lost my baby albino corn the other day, she was such a good eater :( Nice amel though!

  • no that ones a milk snake it looks similar but the color pattern, eyes, and scale patterns on the end of its tail are different.

  • Isn't the snake at 3:05 venomous? A uhh coral snake I believe?

  • how do u kill ur mice/rats?

  • @daunstopable17

Seems like the creator didn't answer your question:

The most sophisticated way and perhaps most humane is to gas them with carbon dioxide. You can also place a stick-like object at the base of their head and gently press it in while pulling their head forward, severing the spinal cord. Some people drown them or suffocate them in various ways. There's many ways people do it, and they're all fairly quick.

  • ur so mean don feed it babys!!!!!!! did u kill those poor things

  • @777petlover what else would he feed it

  • @777petlover

The corn snake has to eat babies (pinkies), stupid bitch.

  • put them in the microwave (body tempature)

and then atatch it to a loose thread give it to your snakes (let it move with the loose thread as if it lives)

    maybe these things wil help

  • @Shinno1337

He should be dangling it to make the snakes more interested and to help them find the head. I'm not sure whether he's scared of getting struck or something, but you should never put them in the microwave. They should be thawed in warm water. The temperature they will be at after that will be fine. There's a host of reasons why they shouldn't be microwaved and thinking that they should is one of the characteristic beginner mistakes (which really means you're ignorant).

  • @mttc72 Well actually i have no snakes or any other pets

I actually have no experience with any kind of pet (caring)

but it was just what i thought what would help

but i know snakes have some kind of thermal vision (You can test it with a hot water ballon and a cold water balloon)

  • is there a vegetarian snake?

that's the only snake i want

  • So your saying that your snakes like the white black mice more than the white mice :p ........racism!!!

  • what kind of corn is that?

  • @CyanCar looks like a albino(amel really)

  • how old was ur corn snake

  • BEARDIERAMONE deffinately a corn snake or milk snake

  • do you kill the mice or do you use frozen thawed because i got a ball python like a month ago and she is not eating the frozen thawed yet not even showing intrest in them how can you get them used to eating dead mice????

  • @melrappmel He stated that he's feeding them pre killed mice that he bread.

But what I have found that works is whats called "braining" the mouse. Take a razor blade or thumb tack, and cut through the skull of the mouse, that will get the blood and juices flowing and should get your ball eating.

Though ball pythons are notorious for going months without eating anything, so don't start worrying about it too much until it shows signs of getting weak and underweight.

  • r any of ur snakes harm full?

  • hey i wanna get my first snake but i dont no if i wanna spent 100 bucks on a snake and then like $5 a week to feed it live prey. can u help me?

  • @fedexmoviesexspress1 I just want to say that owning a snake is the most amazing thing ever,

Feeding can be a pain sometimes, it all depends on what kind of snake you get. If you get a baby corn snake or something similar to that, it will only cost you roughly $1 a week to feed as they only eat pinky mice and you can find those fairly cheap at your local pet store.

Though there's two things that go along with that.

1-Live mice/rats can be harmful to your pet

2-Live pinkies are hard to get

  • Tell me that's not a coral.

  • your snakes are awesome

  • hahah

nice corn snake at the start

    how old is he

    i have a 7 month jungle carpet

he knows how to eat/strike hah

  • your milk snake is beautifully colored

  • whats that little pink animal? rat babies?

  • @FahadRyu Called a pinkie, mice or rat babies when they are first born

  • i have a pueblan milksnake. she doesnt really eat a lot but when she is hungry she downs 3 fuzzys. (pueblan milksnake)

  • your not a massacist

  • I like your Milk Snake. Really shiny.

  • how do you get your snakes so tame i had a corn snake and all it did was bite me and hiss the lady in the pet store picked it up fine but when i got it home it was mad for like 3 weeks straigth i left it i fed it any help ???? becasue i wanna get another 1

  • @FunkkyBeatzZ is it still acting this way? If so corn snake bites don't really hurt, just keep trying to pick it up and soon it will calm down, and realise u don't want to hurt it. the reason the lady in the pet store handled it was because it was used to her. Corn snakes tame really fast.

  • MRrrmmphhh sure you cant feed that frog prekilled food? i cringed and got a lil sad cause that mosey's lil foot struggling :(

  • im gettin a corn and it look like a twin of yours

  • what kind of milk snake is that

  • Hi. i am totally new to snakes and saw a corn snake for sale thats 6 foot. i got all supplies that was included withthe corn snake. i have no diea how to care for it, what does it eat and how often?? i had it for about 2 weeks and i dont know what to feed it.

and did u grab the tail and whack it?? i saw people do that to pre kill it

  • @livexflirtxlovex why did you buy a snake when you have no idea how to care for it, it's people like you who give snake keepers a bad name...

  • @livexflirtxlovex

Jeez..Give that poor snake back to the owner. It doesn't need to starve because of you.

  • I'm not trying to be rude or anything but has your hand got stuck when the boa coils?

  • Comment removed

  • @Frogster7

Um, what is a snake that size supposed to eat? Full grown mice are too big for it.

  • a uu just let u snake roam around is een 1 justt had its head out the box are u scared to get bit

  • u put them in these boxes just for the fedding right :P ? and epic frog haha

  • scarlet kingsnake man

  • what was the snake at 6:03

  • that took long

  • i know i like it.......

  • I have a corn, just like yours reddish-orange albino, I have had him for a year and he is not growing. But my other Anerythristic Motley Corn Snake that is also a year old is about 3x bigger and eating fuzzies.

  • sAME THING MY CORN SNAKE DOES!!! I put a dead pinky in front of her, and she avoids it...i STood there for an hour and she still didnt eat it !! Then i put a live pinky in front of her, and she didnt eat it either. WTF HELP ME MY CORN SNAKE HASENT EATEN IN 3 WEEKS ! :(

  • @FRESHSiiCKANGEL you have to wiggle it with your fingers or tongs...sorry about slight delay and you've probs got her to eat by now, but make sure the deads are nice and warm, and wiggle them with tongs - more often than not that has a good effect.

  • wow...i learned something...didnt know frog/toads ate mice....nice video also!!!

  • 1:33...

Same thinq i said to this chick.

    xD

  • I started on a sand boa

  • one thing i do to get stuborn snakes to eat is put there mouse under a heat lamp to warm it up to trigger there heat pores, it seems to really help

  • what kind of snake is the first one? its really nice :)

  • how did you pre-kill your mice witth out getting blood every where?

  • @damonta612 flick em in the back of the neck hard should break there neck if not hit them against a wall

  • @damonta612 poison? breaking their neck?

    Why do i know that?

  • Why do you feed frozen? Are you some kind of animal rights guy?
