  • The best thing I ever did was Joining Greetings from and English Brother

  • Freemasonry is not a religion yet my only experiences with it ever were through ritual abuse. Not a political group yet a majority of masons are involved in politics. No agenda trying to control other ppl yet they have their hands in every religion, politics, swear blood oaths to protect one another even if a crim has been committed. They also enjoy organized gang stalking and gaslighting of ppl exposing their true agendas. You can frost it all you like, we still see you.

  • I was talking to a mason not long ago about joining (petitioning) and I guess because I'm catholic, I can't join?? He stopped emailing me when I got into a bit of a religious conversation with him. Strange!

  • Not strange at all. Discussion of any religion/politics is strictly forbidden within the Lodge. Anything that may bring discord between [masonic]brothers, or be the cause of any disharmony, is also discouraged and firmly dissuaded.

BTW, I'm roman catholic*, and it didn't stop me from joining. Less than a year after my intiation I have been accepted into a Royal Arch Chapter.

*There was a decree, when I don't know, that all catholics joining Freemasonry were automatically excommunicated.

  • All I did to get into the Royal Arch was ask; 'Is there any more I can do, SanguisRegalis. I was told there was a whole world of 'secret' societies and orders waiting for fresh blood . . . , so to speak :)

  • @SiliconBong No thank you, thats about it... I was always interested in Royal Arch... the other thing is Illuminati, but Im not even sure they exist, nobody at the lodge knows anything about it..... I think thats bloodline related anyways... but thank you for the info Brother.

  • The illuminati never existed, as a society or title: it's just a name, SanguisRegalis. I have to laugh; I was recently 'exposed' as a freemason by devout and staunch youtuber. I retorted with the truth; the very idea the me and my brothers; most of whom are retired WW2 vets, are trying to take over the world is bullsh!t. We just do our thing, we give anonymously to various charity organisations; Salvation Army; Red Cross; Foodbanks . . . and we mind our own business.

  • @SiliconBong I hear you... looks like there is no convincing people if they don't already know... oh well, it doesn't bother me too much, but every now and then i come out of my tree... people can be so blind... there is nothing I can do about it... if they want to know they'll just have to take a leap of faith... LOL, yea, talk about WW2 vets... we have a Past Master named Arthur, he is in his 90's and rides around on a Harley... Hes a good guy... He was my investigator.

  • Sweet As, SanguisRegalis.

  • @SiliconBong There was a group that called themselves the Bavarian Illuminati, a group of mostly academics who wanted to create a society with similarities to masonry with aims of promoting their view of morality. But they folded after the ruler of Bavaria banned secret societies and internal politicking and disagreements about methods led to the group disbanding around 1787 after about a ten year existance.

  • Thank You for your reply, mariusdire, Merry Christmas.

  • @SiliconBong Not a problem Freemasonry and its history is something of a passion of mine and so I sometimes find out a little about other groups that have been groups with them in the public conciousness. Merry Christmas to you, and keep all those you care for safe.

  • The Roman Catholic Church frowns on its members becoming Freemasons. They'd rather you joined the Knights of Columbus, a similar fraternal order for Catholics. But Freemasonry doesn't prohibit Catholics from joining, nor does it restrict its members from becoming Catholics.

  • @kblur198 Well looks like you talked to somebody that wasnt sure about whats going on... its true its looked down upon by catholics... but im catholic and had no problem joining... they asked me if I was sure about joining and made sure i knew that the church didnt like it.... IT WAS MY CHOICE NOT THE CHURCHES NOR ANOTHER MASONS.... and its your choice. petition again, this time dont talk about religion, just tell them that you doing it knowing that the church looks down on it..

  • Love it!!!

  • Good point.

  • liked the movie, :) keep em comming! :)

  • FREEMASONRY IS NOT A RELIGION, POLITICAL GROUP OR AN AGENDA SETTING ORGANIZATION DEALING WITH CONTROL OVER OTHER PEOPLE. It is an organization which men from any background, race or religion may come and unite together to work towards improving themselves as people and their community.

:) phrased. Bro M.J.C. RMS192 South Island New Zealand

  • double speak

  • fraternite, equalite, liberte

--->that's an agenda, and it is political... it should be an agenda that everyone seeks. SiliconBong, I know you state that to ease paranoia, but politics as usual just won't cut it these days.

  • What what?

  • Masonry was instrumental in creating the U.S. We have taken political stances in the past and should again. Religion comes from the latin: religare, which means to tie, or bind... or yes re-link... which is what masonry does. Everyone has an agenda, if they state otherwise, they're lieing. Sorry, too smart for my own good ;->

  • what we do not do is supress liberty, and destructively fight over dogma, although we may disagree. That's the concept, not always practiced... even though it should be. Forgive them Father for they know not what they do. An it does depend on what is, is.
