@ASdkekbur People with finest of tastes don't call others low breed. Also you proved my point it's for people who don't appreciate music because it's just a bunch of random noises that a 5 year old decided to put together.
I'm pretty sure it's just that this production brings out something that the Swedish Buzzsaw simply can't. The intro - unlike in Gentle Exhumation, the rumbling bass under the grind sounds almost like something out of Covenant. It flows.
I haven't listened much to Morbid Angel apart from Altars and Blessed, so I can't say anything about Covenant, but I can't really say I hear much Morbid Angel in this song.
I think it sounds a lot like Carcass, and not much else.
You're looking for particularities - of which one could only point out the first, totally Azagthoth solo and the riff vaguely reminiscent of Immortal Rites preceding it. On the other hand, I find the similarity in something less apparent, namely, the rolling murky martial rumble - if you'd listen to Covenant you'd understand immediately.
Carcass was a much different band before Ammot joined though. Bunch of 20 second songs. His work in Carnage is definitely a step in the direction Carcass would take with Necroticism.
Thanks for puttin these demos up! I thought I had everything Amott did. Have now thanks to you. Hail!

Wow this shit is really lame and for people who don't seem to understand or appreciate music.

@Rampagelil
Actually it's for the people with the finest of tastes. Low breeds like you will never understand.

Curious crossbreed of Carcass/Morbid Angel - unexpected, yet most welcome. Great.

Yeah, the first demo is very, very inspired by Carcass.

Dark Recollections is too - I was actually surprised by the Morbid Angel element which is, well, not absent, but different in Dark Recollections.

They did release Symphonies Of Sickness before he joined though.

@realmetalfan Carcass had already gone that way before he joined with 'Symphonies...'
