sent away his little girl, and her brother followed,

They left a trail of bread crumbs, but it was so picked over,

it led them in a circle back into danger,

I think all of the Cannon Movie Tales movies were so beautifully filmed. I can't imagine what other great faerie tales they would have come out with had they kept filming them.

THIS is Absolutely the BEST version out there!!-- IMO. So beautiful... so perfect! The actors are great. The two little children are so adorable! I just GUSH over how Wonderful the Gingerbread House is crafted. Looks so Yummy and Delicious!!! The Witch is so Spectacular! Her Sweet grandmother charm. Her villianous cannibalistic appetite. And the story is so well done. The songs are so charming and catchy! And the classical opera score so beautifully compliments the timeless atmosphere! xoxoxo
