The pageant rules didn't say 16 but 17, it didn't restrict younger people for entering the pageant you just needed a parents signature, its not a surprise she knows about the pageant from ottawa, a girl from calgary even attended the pageant, the pageant was asking for girls all over canada in THOI BAO magazine,there wasn't anything that said she had a chance to participate in the miss vn usa, and the cash prize was $2000, and much more gifts, please get your facts right

On the night of crowning ,the Mc annouced along with the cash prize the winner had a chance to attend MISS VN USA 2005. YOU GET YOU'RE FACTS RIGHTS!!!!
