Well, it all depends on what you consider better. I feel 90's (sports) cars were the best, because they had decent emissions, they had more true driver feedback, of the feeling in your hands, to your feet, and such, and so on, to me. Nowadays technology is more advanced, using smaller engines for more power, fuel economy, and lower emissions, and higher safety.It depends on your opinion.

Personally..If the Mazda2 were cheaper, and not right at the Mazda3's price...I'd own the mess out of one.

@80SCARFANS Well i guess you don't see the point, the 2011 Ford Mustang is something that you consider a "Copied" car. But it isn't, they just continued making the model sinds 1960. Same goes to the 121, 323, and 626. Also cars weren't better in the 80's, they were absolute crap and unreliable, maybe thats why they keep improving on cars. And sometimes they even take a classic model, like the Fiat 500. But not because it was "Better" , morely because it's name and fame.

Yes its bang for your buck. I used to work for Mazda so I know the car very well. A lot of power for a FWD is very satisfying, makes your body get sucked in. Other option is the WRX but not a good looker. The new MPS will deliver the same performance, improved handling and fuel efficiency.

Can't complain about fuel efficiency, if you drive it sensibly, no hard accelerations... for a change from tiem to time, it's pretty damn good.

The comfort of the MPS at 140mph amazed me, my girlfriend fell asleep not realising the speed we were going in someone elses... until she caught me on the phone later bragging.
