@SunshineAssasin i know in gta 4 there are not many "girly" things but in the dlc the ballas of gay tony there are skirts dresses better LONGER hair also in the dlc the lost and the damned they have some girly (but kind od slutty) clothes too so go download them if yyou want to improve the clothes!!! also im a boy but i like making girl charavters becaues i dont like staring at random dudes when i play xbox lolz

Most of the clothes for girls are disgudting - around half are ugly jackets that no one would wear in real life.. there should have been less helmets and more actual hats.

Another thing is the hairstyles.. MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT.. there should have been more long hairs, mine in r/l is at my waist so I was like WTF?!

I'm very dissapointed with the female chara clothes, hair, everything. There is only one good top (skull one) and black jeans. Already on rank 7 and all I get is like 8 different types of ugly down jackets :D

headphones you get around lvl.3 I believe.

As for the cellphone, after you reach a certain point in the singleplayer (once you start working for Playboy X), he will give you a new cell.

You can purchase new backgrounds for it via the in game internet.
