He does have a good eye and some great technique and sense of color. It is toooooooo hard to break into the professional art world, I know from experience. It's easy to say I want my stuff in a gallery and so much harder to get past the possibility of rejection. We are very sensitive people who end up languishing in the shadows too often. He deserves to have a good pimp, hope you can help him get it, and keep it, together. This video is a step in the right direction. Good for you!

Artists should be celebrated. They have the ability to REALLY see the world, and show it to the rest of us. They know how shadows fall, they know how skin wrinkles, they pay attention to the little details. Details that we don't notice, until someone takes the time to paint them.

Thats so true, funnily enough im 25, an artist and my work is as good as that. When i tell people im an artist they just say "oh thats nice" but when i show them my work their shocked how good it is lol, its weird, its like how bad an artist did you think i was?. You never do know what people can do or what talents they have. Maybe he is working in the bookstore to earn money for paints and canvasses.
