  • Good luck with your weight loss journey and thank you for documenting to inspire us. Off days will happen, but just get right back on like you did. When you're trying to lose weight, you should allow yourself a weekly treat in moderation (ice-cream cone vs. a gallon of ice-cream). Anyway keep up the great work and I'm sure you will be a bad mamma jamma this summer.

  • lol! Girl your hair is lookin so fresh and so clean clean!! lol! Weight training ain't no joke, my arms be feeling like dead weight afterwards. If you soak in the tub with some warm water and epsom salt, it eases some of the soreness. Keep up the good work :)

  • I love me some breakfast!! That's my FAVORITE meal of the day. I only use the elliptical as a last resort (if I'm too tired to do anything else). I'd rather run. I LOVE love love running! I had a bad "too much eating" day too....it happens. I just hit the gym extra hard the next few days.

    Lol @ your reaction when you stepped on the scale. Its okay sis b/c after every bad week comes a great week! Trust me!

  • My 1st timeon the elliptical was Sunday, 2 days ago and I LOVE IT! I could only do 20 minutes and that was moving and then slowinf down throughout. I went back today and did 30 minutes.

    i am doing more core training too. u are such an inspiration, im on my way out the door to go to the gym even though i dont have time, i can always make time for my health. im glad u are doing good and ur stress is gone. girl 153 is good, i remember when u cracked the 150's and u have come a longgg way since then, keep it up!

  • I don't mean Intervals, Tabatas and Abdominal Breathing together, no, that is how I hurt myself, I did the Abdominal Breathing WAY to hard EVERY day, Intervals every other day, and Resistance every other day. Too much and too long. Waisting my time. Learned to do AB gentler but too late. Went back to the mindset of do more want results yesterday. WRONG. Don't make mistake. It IS PROVEN to be a MYTH. But I was so excited by results I amped it up.

  • As a recent self-victimizer of this, I knew better but dnt do this. DONT overexercise. Now I tore muscle in abdomen & have to wait like 2 wks before can wkt agn. I lost dwn to 25.75" hvnt been since maybe 11yrs old. Am 28 now. BUT, BUT, I know that even pros REST and have OFF days, even OFF WKS. DONT do daily hrs and hrs or may injure & b forced 2 WAIT N PAIN. Don't have ins either, not good. So more is not btter. Tip - Intervals, Tabatas or GENTLE Abdominal Breathing WORKS and is FAST.

  • girl idk if im lookin in the wrong spot, but i havent seen those special k bars!! so i got luna ones instead. i bought the biggest loser workout dvd, and i cant wait to try it!! =)

  • really let me know how the luna ones taste..I got a free biggest loser dvd when I first bought my scale...it was pretty cool

  • the luna bars are really good!! i love em!! they come in flavors like raspberry chocolate, blueberry, smore's. i'd recommend them. they are like 1.00 at walmart. I still have no scale. If i do get one, ill get discouraged. lol

  • Do you use the elliptical with the handles you pull or the one that focuses on the legs only?I like the one with the handles so I can train upper body too(push and pull them).

  • I always use the one with the handles..I lost weight in my upper body but not as much as my legs!

  • Gurl you are too much with the prune thing! LOL! I understand you though because today was a cheat day for me. I am getting motivated to keep on with the work outs through watching your vids. Getting back to my grind...Turbo Jams and lots of water...
