I love me some breakfast!! That's my FAVORITE meal of the day. I only use the elliptical as a last resort (if I'm too tired to do anything else). I'd rather run. I LOVE love love running! I had a bad "too much eating" day too....it happens. I just hit the gym extra hard the next few days.

I don't mean Intervals, Tabatas and Abdominal Breathing together, no, that is how I hurt myself, I did the Abdominal Breathing WAY to hard EVERY day, Intervals every other day, and Resistance every other day. Too much and too long. Waisting my time. Learned to do AB gentler but too late. Went back to the mindset of do more want results yesterday. WRONG. Don't make mistake. It IS PROVEN to be a MYTH. But I was so excited by results I amped it up.
As a recent self-victimizer of this, I knew better but dnt do this. DONT overexercise. Now I tore muscle in abdomen & have to wait like 2 wks before can wkt agn. I lost dwn to 25.75" hvnt been since maybe 11yrs old. Am 28 now. BUT, BUT, I know that even pros REST and have OFF days, even OFF WKS. DONT do daily hrs and hrs or may injure & b forced 2 WAIT N PAIN. Don't have ins either, not good. So more is not btter. Tip - Intervals, Tabatas or GENTLE Abdominal Breathing WORKS and is FAST.

the luna bars are really good!! i love em!! they come in flavors like raspberry chocolate, blueberry, smore's. i'd recommend them. they are like 1.00 at walmart. I still have no scale. If i do get one, ill get discouraged. lol
Do you use the elliptical with the handles you pull or the one that focuses on the legs only?I like the one with the handles so I can train upper body too(push and pull them).
