Are you sure this is 1991? Motto is still "Wipe out Dirt in a Flash." I think that by 1990 Flash motto had become "Cleans Greasy Grime in Half the Time".
Given that Lemon Flash came along in 1987, surely this is probably about 1988 or 1989?
