Mokuma: he arrives on the island alongside Umiuma and Inoso after the player has completed the game with all three of the originally available characters as a partner. He requests the player's aide in UmiumaCorp's feud with Sanzyudai Yuki. Should the player agree, he and his companions can be selected as partners for the Tag Force tournament.

in yugioh gx tag force 1 u can see them in class, see the teacher that just look like vellian then he need help help him u will tag force with him vs emperor umiuma and inoso but i think u must finish part2 and 3 with 3 main characters (i think)

you advance in the game making your partner trust you. to do this you must fill hearts up in the right corner of the screen. you fill it by dueling and buying your partner sandwiches (be warned youre partner may not like some flavours of sandwiches)

I once meat some sanzyudai yuki and that umiuma when i saw the " ! " at the main gate. you have to beat them then get them as partners, they were pret-ty strong xD

Those are characters you can unlock as partners, Once you beat the game with THREE PAGE ONE characters, they appear throughout the games, i remember theres one at abandoned dorm, but i dont remember the other four
