Use "ZillaTube". It converts well to many good quality videos, audio, etc

just google for "Zilla Tube", and download it from the first google search result.

So if you are having trouble, mostly likely you are not using the right programs.

Only Shareware Programs leave Watermarks, they want you to BUY, this is Freeware so I think you downloaded and installed the wrong converter! Please check the links in the description, I always keep them current, and if you are not using HD then use the link for verson 3.6.5. Try again, have Funn, Tony G.

Download your videos and put them into QMC, convert them to MP3. It will strip away the video and leave just the audio. Now you can burn them to an Audio CD using whatever pgm you use to create CD's with...Have Funn, Tony G. =]]

my phone supports a .3gp format and I just downloaded the 4.0.0.8 version and when i'm about to convert it to a .3gp the only options are .3g2, .mp3, and .amr... how do I know what to do cuz its really confusing

use 3g2 and after you convert it, make sure you rename the converted file before uploading it to your phone. That should do it!

Sorry, nope, no idea?! I just did it here on my own video and it worked fine. Maybe YOU are not using the right field? Don't use the embedded code, use the URL Field.

MP3 is an audio format, YouTube is a video site. If you want to remove the video and just use the audio as MP3, use the option in QMC to convert the video to MP3 and then you can use it on your audio device, iPod, PSP, MP3 Player, etc, etc...

Hi John, Once you convertered YT files to MP4, just connect your PSP or use a card reader for the duo card and copy the file(s) onto the VIDEO Folder.  Make sure you re-name the file(s)..PSP doesn't like long file names...enjoy! TOny G.

Hi Friends, As YouTube updates and creates new protocol, you need to keep up and simply goto the links on the side and download and install the newer version of the Downloader.

If you are using a Download Accelerator, make sure you by-pass it when saving flv's to your computer.

Also delete all files in Internet Options in the Control Panel then reboot your Browser. YouTube cookies need to be deleted before the new ones take effect.

Hello and thanks but I have to explain why I don't think you got this right!

All CODEC's are not interchangeable simply by changing the extension. It's my bet that you have the ext's hidden in your Folder Options and therefor are only adding to the File Name, not the ext.

QT will play Flash (flv) and MP4 formats.

All files coming from YouTube are in Flash Format (flv) that can never change.

That's why you want to convert them to the proper format you need for a particular device... =])
