  • @BeatlesThe thats not what I meant... I think. Unle

  • God George sure can play!

  • George is on lead vocals!!As shown on the Beatles Anthology cd's

  • wELL came up Da FIRST cul Cat, he said MAN LOOK AT THAT, do you see what i see?

  • They are 3 cool cats!! Except they have to change it for ringo. 4 cool cats! Hehe,

  • @ItsThijsbitch John

  • @cristianolesco Oh, I can hear it now. Thanks ;)

  • Oh, forget it. Sone one is just gonna yell at me 4 being dumb.

  • I don't get it. Attired, John says Ey, man, save one cheeck for me! And Paul says No! But then he says

  • I don't believe this is the Beatles. A good fake.

  • @xavioronassis This really is the Beatles though. It's on the anthology cd too.

  • This cover is so much better than the original by the coasters. Georges voice is brilliant here!!

  • its "long john and the silver beetles"

  • I love Paul's part so funny!

  • Great Shit!! You can really hear THOSE Beatle harmonies coming through...which would later make them FAMOUS!

  • This is from the Beatles Decca audition tapes Decca rejected them.

  • This is an authentic take of Three Cool Cats, a Stoller/Leiber song I believe, off the Decca audition tapes. Decca rejected them. One of the biggest oversights in music history!

  • This is the beatles, it was just remastered at an off speed.

  • Think about it. It's too clean to be the original. It was recorded on primitive equipment, & there's only so much you can do to clean it up.

  • George sings much better here than in his early songs ( happy just to dance with you, you like me too much..)

  • @TheBighuf I hate to tell you this, but this is Not the Beatles. This is a remake. (Listen to Anthology, you'll find the original there). This is a cover, similar to when you buy an oldies collection, & you can tell it's not the original artist because it doesn't sound "quite right". (that's what we have here).

  • @60guitarzan Are you joking? Either this is sped up or the Anthology version is slowed down(the difference you're picking up). My guess this is sped up. This is quite obviously The Beatles.

  • "save that one chick for meeee." That was said to be John's "Speedy Gonzales" accent.

  • whoop whoop

  • damn i love that song :)

  • Omg! All the Beatles songs are just amazing!!! Love them forever.. kiss kiss to all Beatles fans! Have a great and safe Thanksgiving!!!!!!!!!

  • George in his best

  • George wasn't even 18 when they recorded this, if I'm not mistaken. God, he sounds so cute (and great) in this song. And John is just being his very funny self. :D

  • @JaneFokster George has 19 :D

  • i guess that there where 10 people that think cats aren't cool:P

and that don't like cool chicks!

  • I love how Georgie sings the part "Well up came that first cool cat, he said man look at that." <3

  • @amandatully There is a great version of this, with Marty Wilde, Cliff Richard and Dickie Pride take a look on you tube

  • @amandatully There is a great version of this with Marty Wilde, Cliff Richard and Dickie Pride take a look

  • Oh my God :3

I need the mp3 for this.

  • 10 people arn't cool cats

  • i saw them at the fall festival

  • AHAHAHA FINALLY! I have been searchin' for so long(xD) to find out what this song was! I just had 'three cool chicks')just the chorus) in my head. I thought it was the stones, as I don't care for them honestly, but I thought I liked this one and no results came up D:

Being a die-hard Beatles fan finally paid off =D Three cool cats xD.

  • sorry they got itwrong theyre were four cool cats! John, Ringo, George and paul

  • @residentevlidead i don't know if you realize this, but this song is pre-ringo. that's pete best in the picture.

  • I know a story that would go perfectly with this song.

  • Why is george that underrated as a beatle and a guitarist ? :(

  • @krabou He wasnt an underrated Guitarist, He wrote like 10 songs most, Ringo wrote like 1 or 2, and Paul McCartney and John Lennon wrote the other 200 songs, and they where better at singing. George Harrison was know to be the better Guitarist, Paul McCartney said so himself.

  • I love how I dedicated this song to my...cat haha

  • "Hey man save one chick for me!" John and he's silly voice ;)

  • ohmigosh i remember singing this all the time in like second grade and i had no idea what i was singing, but my parents played the beatles all the time and i didnt know what i was singing 'till now! brings back sooo much!

  • @blue jazz explain how American Idol is different from Britain's Got Talent.

  • sounds like John is having fun in this song

  • @taytelay i made that my ringtone and my boss was lecturing me and my cell phone rang. GUESS WHO DOESN'T HAVE A JOB ANYMORE!?!

  • @Msemospongebob That is horrible! this is a great song! i would have told him to shove that job right up his ass

  • @taytelay i yeah... i kinda exagerated. he didn't fire me, just demoted me and now hates me :|

  • O MY GOD I CANT BELIEVE THIS SORT OF THING WOULD EXIST. AND IT'S THE BEATLES FOR GOODNESS SAKE

  • this song puts me in a good mood every time i listen to it!

  • crappy crappy drumming

  • This freakin` band had it all. You`ll never see a band like this again because kids this age today always get destroyed with ego, they do one gig and a record and they think theyre God almighty, not even, just learning guitar and throw it on youtube and it`s instant ass kissed. These guys on the other hand had to play 12 hours a day live for years and live through countless rejections so when they finally did get some attention they were masters.

  • @JamesTKirkCobain well it's not like John Lennon said they were bigger than Jesus or anything

  • @JamesTKirkCobain That's why I hate AMERICAN IDOL. People should have to work for success, not win it in a contest.

  • @bluejazz51 I couldn't have said it better myself! You can't tell me that AI is a star-maker! Only the listeners can determine that and the verdict is still out on the past winners IMHO!

  • @JamesTKirkCobain i couldnt agree with you more

  • George Had The Best voice in the early days... and he was an amazing guitarist....

  • I laugh every time I hear that second "Hey man save one chick forr mEEee?"

  • Hey man save one chick for meee?

  • peter best vanish as a dog

  • i've always loved this one so much. cutest lyrics ever!

  • A short while after this was recorded Pete Best left the band. After a time, Brian Epstein begged Pete to rejoin . Best replied, They missed out on their chance at stardom, mate. Bests album had just went gold and The Silver Beatles were not selling well. The irony of his decision!

  • y does it say the silver beatles?

  • that was the original name of the beatles

  • @nightcrawler511 It was their name before they changed it.

  • omgoodness!!!<3 georgie's little voice! :3

  • where is Ringo

  • @LadygagaThe50440

ringo was not part of the band at this age

in the drums were Pete Best

Ringo came in until Please Please me

    these are the early tapes

  • cool song <3

  • Man, Iove this song! Aren't the Beatles so friggin' cool? They went from this song to I Should Have Known Better, to In My Life, to Tomorrow Never Knows, to Lovely Rita, to Sexy Sadie, to Old Brown Shoe, to Oh! Darling. I want to be a Beatle.

  • like George in this...lol...XD

  • i love da way george be singin dis

  • great george!

  • this is so hot.

  • This is the best song from their Decca demo's. Too bad they never recorded it again later.

  • George's is on lead vocals and lead guitar.

Paul and John are back vocals, bass (Paul), rhythm guitar (John).

Pete is on drums (not at all good but it pass).

A great song from that Decca Audition.

  • roadrunnerhell, here's NOT RINGO!

Ringo was not a member of the band until August 1962! This is January 1962, with Pete Best at Drums!

  • George really delivered the goods with this vocal performance.

  • Tenés razón DGTinglov, me hé equivocado, gracias por rectificación...

  • Aquí canta J.Lennon

  • No, G.Harrison

  • osspin, it's George.

  • it sounds like George singing or am i wrong??

  • it is george singing

  • After the EMI audition, George Martin told Brian Epstein that he needed to replace Pete Best because his drumming skills were mediocre at best, and that the Beatles needed to have a new drummer before he would go any further with them. Ringo Starr was the top drummer in Liverpool at that time, playing for Rory Storm, and the Beatles made him an offer that he could not refuse. There was nothing personal about ditching Pete Best. It was a business decision, pure and simple.

  • why are you commenting on a beatle video if you think they suck?

  • yeah, im not sure why you're rated -1? but i heard he didnt have much Drum parts ( as you can see in the first pic he only has a Cymbol, Snare, Floor Tom and Bass Drum) and they needed a better drummer.

  • @birdy47 My finger slipped on the mouse. That rating was not intended. Drum kits were pretty basic back then, and a drummer bought what he could afford. You did not start to see double bass drums and multiple rack and floor toms until the late '60's and early '70's.

  • ahhh i see.

  • @lms264t Rubbish !!!!!!!

  • Great stuff from their early period.

  • Is John the one saying " hey man save one chick for me"???

  • i think so, i lol'd first time i heard that :P
