Do you speak about the fursuiters there ? No they are just people like you and me hanging around the convention in costumes and playing games in a little competition here, but they are not paid to do that, and it's not a work. You can attend the convention in costume too if you want, and do exactly the same thing than them.

You have to sign up to attend the convention, and to be able to access all of the events and games.

You can always come and hang around in fursuit in the hotel lobby or in the street, but you will get kick out by security staff if you try to go in an area reserved for members of the convention.

Games have been held between the main stage and the fursuit loundge, and it was during the masquerade rehearsal.
