  • You have motivated me to do this!!! To the max!!!! When will u do #4 did u stop at three?? I wanted to follow u do it all the way!! :-)

  • @SRRiLsMaMi Glad to hear it...I didn't record the 4th and 5th tests but believe me this program works

  • You took 6 months to do test #3

  • @am9magic no, i just didn't post it

  • WOW!!! FROM YOUR 1ST WORKOUT VIDEO, TO THIS ONE.. YOU HAVE IMPROVED ALOT!!!

  • @JAYRBERMUDA it works if you work it...

  • @MsBluestone sure...I used it with my youth football team ages 9-12 last yr

  • Great job bro...im on week 2...im motivated...gonna keep pushing play n get the body i want....diggg deeper!!!

  • @bigpoppastacks DIG DEEPER :)

  • Oh okay I thought it was the work out.

  • @angiecarrasco777 oh no, just the fit test

  • *Back in shape again. Thanks you really did motivate me by this.!

  • @angiecarrasco777 Awesome...

  • @angiecarrasco777 Glad it did... :)

  • Hey, Your doing amazing in this insanity workout!! Great Job!! Did you post all of the work outs or only 1-3? I really want to get bd

  • @angiecarrasco777 These are only fit tests, not the workout.

  • can I do this fit test everyday? and then my work out?

  • @ecaso26 yep...would serve as a great warm up

  • Are they the same every time man?

  • You can totally see , your appearence is changing .....Good thing you stuck too it, I have been wanting to get something to help me with weight loss, I ordered the total gym but it was so heavy I had a hard time handling it. I always thought if I had to do a hard workout like that I would have a heart attack, One of my fears. I'm seriously considering purchasing this. Thanks for all of your inspiring videos.

  • @angel198225ilb Hey Thanks for noticing. You can always modify Insanity for your current fitness level...don't try to over due it if your body says you can't...just do something day by day and you'll be fine but always listen to your body.

  • i read somewhere that the best time to work out is early morning (crack of dawn) before u even eat or drink something (water excluded) ... can somebody speak on this if they know

  • @fhab525 I generally do this but it really depends on your schedule...the best time to work out is when you work out...there are studies that show that working out in the morning on an empty stomach may help accelerate fat burning but work out when you can (that's the most important thing).

  • WOW! You look completely different in this video... as far as energy, and quick recovery. Great job!

  • @Shortstory123 Thanks...I appreciate it...definitely works

  • YES PLEASE!!!! :D

  • Hey Gang...Thanks for all the love on the videos - I've been asked either in the comment section or by direct message or email well over 250 questions about INSANITY...IF I PUT TOGETHER A INSANITY Q & A GUIDE OR VIDEOS WOULD YOU WANT IT - Let me know BY COMMENTING HERE - THANKS!

  • my niggger brother said sit down nigggaa

  • So...what, are you supposed to count and mark the number of reps you do for each exercise doing these fit tests?

  • @BJ219 yes....count the number of reps of each exercise so as you repeat the fit test every 3 weeks, you can monitor progress

  • ,wat happens if u fill sore

  • @mikesextremew being sore if part of growing (pain is not - please know the difference). Being sore means muscles that had not been being worked are now being worked - this is a good thing. 1. Make sure to get rest at night (7-8hrs ideally) 2. Drink plenty of water to flush toxins out of your body. 3. Increase your protein intake to allow your muscles to grow 4. If you need extra supplementation, I use L-Glutamine which is an amino acid that helps speed muscle recovery...hope this helps.

  • Im will get this im 21 5"7 189 pounds...should i eat before a workout?

  • @XHeLLSeZz I eat a few hours before i workout. Insanity is a cardio intensive workout, so you will probably get stomach pains if you have just eaten (depending on how much of course).

  • @TheAwesomeviking that's a great observation...I'd say eat at least 2-3hrs prior if possible.

  • I want this!! I want a better body a healthier body.

  • @EVORager you can use the link on my channel to get product info or inbox me

  • its hard and

  • are these the hardest excercises of the program?

  • @cheapsniper not even close

  • thanks for showing the whole workout! (:

  • @DidiMind whole workouts are 40-50 mins...youtube has a limit

  • on this video you could tell your form is getting better. I am going to keep doing it. MAN OH MAN was i sore this morning. but i did it. i cannot get through the whole thing, alomost though

  • @crystalwills83 my form sucked at beginning and did get better...yours will also. don't worry about not being able to finish each workout, you'll get stronger.

  • watched video 1 then video 3! nice results man!

  • @zac12897 thanks - I'm getting ready to do this again - new results, new level

  • my dad inspired me to do this. he is 61 and he looks fantastic. i started three days ago and watching these videos help me push through

  • @michiganfan725 WOW WOW WOW...THAT'S AWESOME! keep pushing - I also have a FB page at homefitnesssuccess if you need additional support

  • i want insanity

  • @ibcruzinful do what it takes to get it

  • keep up the work

  • @ibcruzinful I'm about to start again in September --- stay tuned

  • @0TheRealBlueRaikou0 Sweet...nice job!

  • is insanity a good workout for women? i don't want to have really big muscles like a guy does haha but i do want to get in shape.

  • @Mogus682 lots of women have done Insanity...not to mention that Chalene Extreme and Turbo Fire(other Beachbody programs) are crazy hard and designed for women so yes, Insanity will work for women.

  • @ 3:30 his shadow looks like an alien ..lol

  • Wowza! I saw your first fit-test and now I saw this one recorded eight months later, and there is a huge amount of focus on your part. Good for you! My friend just got this program and he didn't tell me how tough this was on him.

  • @marthanyc Thanks, I appreciate it!

  • wow from test 1 to test 3 you got really big and strong. good job and you can do it!

  • @408raiderboyy Thanks...

  • wow your improvement from the first test is crazy. good job man

  • @quyenntran Thanks...i appreciate it

  • if this ten months ago wheres the update on where u were on day 60 and how are u now

  • @brownbearshow I didn't post my last 2 fit tests...I wasn't trying to star in a movie...I was showing real results. You see that in the 3 I recorded.

  • @homefitnesssuccess ohh okay. yeah im still keeping up with it im almost done with week 1 ahahh legs burning everyday. also i just saw asylum and well.... insanity (regular) im gonna date u for a while ahhaah

  • Hey im 15 almost 16 and i was wondering what this fully builds up? because he says "better body 60 days" and im thinking it helps with muscle and cardio such like that and im in football and ROTC and alrdy from sorry to say but mimicing you im burning and it feels good but what does this fully build? ive tryed 2 other things and they didnt work at all but this seems to so :D im wondering...............<<sorry for typeing so much

  • @arthisz1 this is a cardio program 1st and foremost, not a muscle building program. the combination of cardio with the strength moves will build some muscle but you shouldn't use this program if you're intent is to gain lots of muscle mass. think fat burning when you think insanity....if you combine it with weights and proper diet (results explode)

  • There should be two more fit tests after this, right?

  • @kicksit1980 i didn't record them but yes, there were.

  • im 12 years old an i like the workout

  • @sillisoli1 sweet...I actually had my youth football team doing some parts of the workout during conditioning last fall...they were ages 10-13 and they hated me for it but they were in shape...that's for sure. keep it up youngster...:)

  • im 17 years old and this workout is kicking my ass!!! thank you :)! ive been doing this for 4 days and already im not stopping every 10 secs lol

  • @651mimi1 CONGRATULATIONS! that's awesome

  • Hey man great stuff. I've always been into fitness and always strive for challenges. Insanity seems like a great challenge to what I've seen to this day (been informed about it for about 2 days now) What do you think about it in your perspective? I'm just trying to get as much feedback because the more I know the more it just sucks me into the program you know haha.

  • @DXxFiin3stxXJ like you i'm no stranger to fitness but this took me to a whole new level...I truthfully was not prepared for what I went through but glad I did it...it will now incorporated in my fitness for life - inbox me for more details if you'd like

  • wow you can see a big improvement comparing day 1 you where slow and this video shows you can do it that's good you have went to a big improvement,

  • @cristo15amor definitely...thanks for watching...when are you getting started?

  • @homefitnesssuccess I'm in the 3rd week :) and I'm losing a lot of belly and gaining a lot of muscle in my legs but need to improve more can't wait till 5 weeks pass and see how it goes and my body too

  • but does this help build an muscle ??

  • @charliegatitobrown this is not a muscle building program

  • @homefitnesssuccess oh ok thanks then ima still do it so i get in shape alittle haha

  • Your insanity videos have really inspired me and im going to start insanity sometime after i get to Florida. Were in Hawaii and have about a week before our flight leaves so can't order it right now.....Too bad as im 12 and my goal is to be some what skinny but lean before 7th grade which starts in about 3 months, so i think i have a bunch of time. I've been running for a while now and dropped 12 pounds just running 15miles a week so i think im ready to take it to the next level!

  • @xCptJamesinx Hey, good for you...how cool is that, you're 12...LOL (be well young fella)

  • @homefitnesssuccess Lol Teen Shaun T is coming :D

  • @xCptJamesinx LOL...That's too funny! Go for it youngin'

  • i dont really do this kind of crazy stuff because considering that im only 10 and it hurts so i just do bicycles pull ups squats and push ups.not realy that challenging but it works for me. :)

  • how did this turn out for u? i havent seen a update in over a year? i am very curious if i should buy it

  • @weaverweazel it went well (if you look at the results between all 3 videos - you can tell)...I've continued to use just havent done new videos. if you have any questions about whether it will work for you - inbox me and we can chat. if you're ready to buy, visit my channel page and grab my link (help a brotha out...lol)

  • i have to give you props man.... im 15 and i play basketball and im always active but this is hard wow but it really works because it actually helped out my verticle witch helped me jump alot higher and its just great. i have lost 15 pounds in 5 weeks

  • @lilbroadway619 I've had a lot of teens do this and comment...thanks for your input. You've done a great job losing 15 in 5 - SWEET

  • The one person who disliked this is a troll -.- And I am 16 year girl. What would you advise as a protein shake?

  • @RosalieAvonside I prefer whey protein...and don't have a recommended brand per se. I drink Shakeology now but have used muscle milk and eas in the past

  • @RosalieAvonside Oops...I meant myoplex when i said eas (EAS) is the brand)

  • do u gotta do this everyday or just 3x a week

  • @TheFatMack this is only the fit test..done every 3 weeks during the workout

  • How much weight did you lose after you finished insanity? Im a 15 yo girl, 15 pounds overweight do you think i could lose that much using insanity and eating better?

  • @MiCorazonDeOro yep...I lost 9 pounds but my goal was cardio improvement...

  • have you followed the nutritional book?

  • @CSnick76 i followed it at about 65%

  • you will be better at this with good breathing... its hard a hell regardless though. I like it

  • @boravw1 breathing helps

  • Really inspiring. I'll be starting today.

  • @PatrickBooya how's it going

  • @homefitnesssuccess

My quads are so sore from it. It seems to be killing my legs the most.

  • Ok I'm 46 did I say that outloud? Can I do this workout?

  • @katsrayoflight why not...I was 40 when i shot this and now I'm about to be 41 and going for it again

  • i am 28 330+lbs i started the first fit test today, and omg i felt like a dump truck hit me!!!!! but watching u on ur 1 2 and 3 fit test has got me a bit more motivated to keep going..... thank you for posting these videos

  • Your shadow is working out too :)

  • Comment removed

  • I just watch your 3 videos in a row and you looking amazing from the first fitness test to this one what a change in your physique and fitness...you have inspired me I am getting it right now.

  • @lisacunanan Awesome...keep me posted

  • dam! ur a beast now!!!

  • @Wileykid2485 HaHa - Thanks

  • I have watched your first 2 workouts. I CAN SEE THAT YOUR CHANGING! I'm just afraid that I don't have the commitment to this. I will order this soon. Because you have motivated me to believe that, I CAN DO THIS! hanks Darrell

  • @hartgirlz3 here's the thing about commitment...once you start seeing results your commitment will increase. you don't have to do it exactly as outlined...it's about progress, not perfection. - have you joined the free club yet?

  • I have watch your first 2 workouts. I CAN SEE THAT YOUR CHANGING! I'm just afraid that I don't have the commitment to this. I will order this soon. Because you have motivated me to believe that, I CAN DO THIS! hanks Darrell

  • What an inspiration! I just got it and cannot wait to start. What were your final results after completing the program ? Also, did you follow the food guide ?

  • @fraildrummer I didn't record a final video but my results in terms of performance and improvement were off the chart. I didn't follow the guide exactly but still made measurable progress.

  • Will you record all the CDs and post them

  • @lara19lala no...

  • Hey will you record all the cd's and post them

  • Will you record every cd and post them

  • haha you transformed you can see it in the way you train

  • @FTank800 Thanks...

  • @homefitnesssucsess well im kind of already in shape..and i hated the idea only doing 10 disks in 10 days cus i know i could get everybody elses 60 day results in idk maybe like 30 days ? so thats what got me thinking about doing all 10 in 1 week..but something else i was worried about is..i dont really want to lose alot of weight..is it possible to do this workout without becoming sickly? cus like i said im already kind of in shape......thanks! =P

  • is it just me or when he does the power knees it looks like his shadow is dancing? XD lol

  • @kbaseball54 lol

  • I just saw a commercial on this and I ordered it

  • what happens if u do more then 1 workout a day and if u dont take that like week long break before month #2 please message me!! thanks !! XD

  • @trelcar one thing I'd say is don't over train (it won't help your body)...you need to recover. so I wouldn't suggest doing more than one per day (it can be done but the works are already extreme so you might be pushing it unless you're a high caliber athlete) - go for it if you are.

  • This workout is tough! I run 4 miles 3 days a week usually between 24:30 & 24:50, then workout for 2 horus after that and I started sweating by the time I finish the high knees.

  • @CJLAKE123 this will challenge the best of us...I wasn't a couch potato either when I started and it kicked my tail...still does. I'm sure you'll do fine since you're already working out

  • in the video how longs were the breaks between each work out

  • @Rashawnpulls in the fit test, they are about 1 minute

  • wow i did the 1th - 2th step on ur frist vidoe on ma frist try n im dieing im is trying it later on

  • would you lose weight in dis workout? if ye how much in a week?

  • @Kingjames2700 if you just did this workout, I'm sure you can lose weight if you do this 3-4 times per week and maintain a proper diet...losing weight is not about specific exercises, it's about exercising consistently and eating and drinking properly

  • do you get breaks in between every 1 minute workout? if ye how long is the break?

  • @Kingjames2700 you break long enough to record your results then next exercise

  • love the prop!!!

  • @amandalbritton89 cool....thanks

  • show your before and after pictures!

  • i want to try it, but its expensive, do you think its worth it?

  • @miateresita no doubt...I wouldn't represent something I don't stand behind in terms of results and cost. This isn't the only way to get in shape...I've worked out in gyms for years but working out at home now is best for me and my time schedule...walk out of the bedroom, turn on the tv, push play - it works.

  • how many times per day/week do you exercise and is there an eating plan?? by the way I can really tell a difference in every video that you have posted! Keep up the good work and post more videos please! Thanx!

  • @lshcaceres83 the workout is scheduled for 6 days/week and yes there is a guide that breaks down meals, recipes and provides a lot of ideas for snacks etc.

  • does insanity come with an eating plan???

  • does insanity come with a eating plan???

  • loved to watch your videos...they are so real....no fakeness to it.!! Proud of you!

  • @MegaLaloca Thanks...being real is the only way to be...I'm not a fitness guru and have the same challenges to stay in shape and keep the weight off that most face..just wanted to keep it real. I'll be starting again in January 2011

  • Hey Again..After watching you do your fit test..I think I can do it..I got to keep watching you to get motivated..Thanks for sharing..I can tell you have lost..☺

  • @happydimples39 Thanks...

  • You know how you have to count how many switch kicks, pushups, etc. you do during the test? How do you remember the amount if you do a diff exercise?! LOL

  • @tamaralouu i have to admit, its tough during the actual workout but I just focus. when I was really out of shape (video #1) - I probably lost count and went conservative - when your cardio gets better, it's amazing how much easier it gets to remember (you could always film yourself and watch the video later and count then...LOL

  • @homefitnesssuccess LOL. :) Sounds like a good idea, but I've only an iPhone to film with. Where would I place it????????

  • @tamaralouu try standing it up against something on a table/tv/countertop etc.

  • @homefitnesssuccess Thanks, but I thought of something else. I'll just pause after the exercise and jot down my counts? :)

  • Did you forget to divide by 2 again on the switch kicks or is that the actual result?

  • @caifamana you caught me again...i alway forget

  • hey...u really inspired me to start training again. i have always been into interval training during my younger years while running track and boxing...10 years and two kids later i have decided to get back into it. This program seems like it will get me back in my old shape...thanks for the inspiration and keep us posted on all your results...

  • @Trini2DiBone right on...glad it helped! Go for it
