  • wow you are hot!<3

  • i hear you are doing wonderful!

  • Nobody's perfect, not even fitness lovers like you and your sister.

  • You ok?

  • nami, where you at girl???

  • Love the eyeshadow, girl. Man, I can't stop looking at you makeup.

Ok, now that makes me sound creepy. Sorry. I really am not. Ask Shanti. I'm a flippin' angel. :)

  • Bad habits seems to creep back in... mine did too. Just be careful not to let them take over. Like you, I am not heavy but I still want to lose to be where I am happier with myself. Keep the faith :) I think you're beautiful and I love your haircut.

  • dont worry chikita...you are strong like mother russia...i believe in you...maybe next time you get a craving do crunches or leg lifts first and then see if you still want muchies after? keep it up you're awesome

  • Hey, don't worry about it. You are getting back on track, and before you know it, you will have lose a lot of weight. You still lost a pound and that is progress. Try not to be too hard on yourself, everyone deserves slip days. Keep up the good work. I will be tuning in.

  • i would be so incredibly happy if i could have a bad week and gain a pound! so congrats to you!

and about that 'stupid' dance you and shanti want to learn..im gonna learn it too! its great :D

  • Hey if you didn't workout and you binge ate one night and still lost 1pound then I call that a success!! You will get back on it and next week you will probably loose good!

  • It so great for you to know what you've done wrong, and move forward, but enjoy that victory girl! One pound, that scale could have said a one pound gain, and then that would have sucked, so for you to have LOST a pound means that you are doing something right in your life, and that you ARE learning better habits, and know when you are going too far, and that is a victory in itself...also, I think its so great how you and your sister support it other Until next week..& CONGRATS on the lb lost :)

  • aww, nami! atleast you did catch yourself now instead of later. But keep going!

  • think of it this way, you didn't gain, and you caught yourself before you got WAY off track.

You can do we are here for you!

  • don't get too discouraged but awesome of you to say you're getting back on track! that's all that matters. and i'm really nervous about my WI friday! let's hope i can at least drop 1 too!

  • Don't beat yourself up. At least you still lost! :) No one is perfect sweetie.... chin up!

  • I would be so excited to lose one pound in a week! It's amazing you still lost weight, with all that bad eating. I'm sorry you felt so horrible about it all, but hopefully next week will be better.

  • Well if you didnt eat right or exercise but still lost then you should be happy!!! Welldone on the loss!

  • Ditto! I eat poorly once and gain 2.

    X_x

  • Well done, You should always remember though that any extra salt intake over your RDA can make your weight fluctuate anything up to five pounds, and it sounds like you just had a bit to much salt this week, so dont be to down, just try and keep away from the "fast food" your salt level will drop and so will the weight, you'll be where you want to be in no time!. x

  • Every pound lost is a victory hun! And Nami, we all have minor setbacks, but the most important things is that you've already recognized the detrimental behavior so it makes you more aware of the warning signals. Cognizance equals prevention :)

  • I love how you ended your video. That is exactly how you need to look at it. You did lose a pound and you are back on track. Good for you sweetie. I know exciting and satisfying losing a big number is. But the one pound losses are just as good and add up. I promise. Take care.

  • woot! don't be down with just a lb, that one lb is gone forever as long as you keep up exercising and doing what you need to do to lose weight...I know you will succeed, and I am looking forward to seeing it happen!! Thanks for the shout out! You're awesome!

  • every pound counts, don't get discouraged :)

  • A pound is still a pound. Hang in there sweetie.

  • 1 pound is great! :0) can't wait to c that dance!!! lol

  • 1 pound is great. You should be happy.... If you lost one pound by eating crappy and not really exercising imagine what the results will be next week when you kill it at the gym and eat a little better =D
