Hi! I am one of your online students..I have been trying to figure out how you bring the hoop from angled (chest sky) hooping above head around .48 secs to 51 secs?? I love the way that looks..any pointers

@CrysalisHooper Hi hun! It's similar to the vortex & you can lift with your arm up above the hoop by reaching down to grab it or your can have your arm down & reach up at the hoop pulling it off & up

- Practice it first from Horizontal chest hooping

- Use the opposite arm to your current to lift up the hoop

- From chest hooping (arms in) bend your elbow & point your fingers up & let the hop roll over your fingers. As it rolls over straighten & raise your arm

- Now practice while in sky angle
