Okay, honestly, who didn't see that coming? The people who run Arkham are idiots.

Rule #1: You don't leave Joker with just one guard and a doctor when he's only restrained by handcuffs.

#2: You don't leave Bane hooked into his Venom tubes.

#3: You don't send a male doctor to interview Poison Ivy. Actually, I think a female doctor would be bad too... Just throw her in solitary.

Well, I didn't know they didn't know about that one when I wrote it. You still shouldn't do it, although I guess they were pumps instead... Okay, how about this for a number 2:

With bleach and ammonia you can make Chlorine gas.

But a fear toxin? Maybe a Meth freak out tailoured to cause hallucinations.
