  • Weird ... normally a track replaces ONE wheel so you get much lesser groundpressure ... here each track replaces 2 wheels :-s

  • Interesting machine!

Is this similar to what they are trying on pea viners do you know?

  • Hi Suffolkrb,

I don´t know, this tracked tiger is an experiment. But as you see in the picture, this HaRain tracks making all manoeuvres possible. More infromations - contact me

  • Yeah!

Onlooking closer, I think the ones that may be used on the pea vinders lift at the end of the tracks on the headland, if you see what I mean!

  • Hi,

I don´t really understand what you mean, but the three samle rolls of this tracks can be pushed down so you can steer with less force on the headland!

  • Yes - that's sort of what I mean!

The front and rear guide wheels lift and the three sets of middle rolls take most of the force

  • On this Tiger is a "heavy duty testing device" and the delta trac´s are XXL and replease two tyres easily. Those trac gave also more stable ballance as low floated tyres. For example Holmer presentet on the Agritechnica 07 telescopically twins for less ground compaction and more stability (picture on request).
