i love this album, i love the rebellion in it and i think the 'danger days' is more of the times were living in. The album is to me a complete metaphor for our society, it being Battery City in a way. Besides, the songs are more crafted than the ones in Three Cheers. Even if tht album is good by itself i like the new one better. Even if it takes getting used to.

I kinda misjudged this album, i listened to Planetary(GO) and Sing and judged this entire album based on those songs. I still don't think it's exactly their best album but after listening through it all i can at least accept it as part of their works.. They still have their mcr style for the most part..good on them! :)

I'll make it clear that I'm certainly not hating on MCR (The top comment is enough warning to me...), but I will say that their songs have gotten more... simple, over time. Not to say that they're not still a great band, but each album after Bullets seems to be of lesser quality than the one that precedes it... I kinda wish MCR would adopt their old "punk" sound again, but that's up to them.

MCR hasn't really changed. All their songs hold alot of meaning, all their songs make your emotions go off the chart, and the same sexy men are still here (for the most part) change is needed, but it's still the same spark that made us love them in the begining and it will be that spark that we follow to the very end

MCR has helped me so much.. Whenever I'm feeling down, and need to boost my mood, I instantly turn to songs like Party Poison, and Na Na Na.. When I'm in the mood for something more depressing, Cancer, Dead, Helena.. Well, the list goes on. Anyways.... The variety is what really gets me. Gerard can sing acoustic stuff, he can scream, sing angrily.. His voice just works with anything. :D Love you MCR, and that won't change.

I hate it when people act like the Black Parade was the high point of MCR. It may have been pretty highly anticipated, but that's only because of the huge undertaking that was Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge. That album was great, but they're also still around and making great music. I think their entire career has been incredible and I hope they keep trying their hardest to make us cry and cheer at the same time. I can't wait to see where they go next.
