Japanese Army had to capture Nanking in December 1937. The prosecutions presented for this 'Nanking Massacre' have been various, and especially, the number of victims is controversial. According to the Documents of the Nanking Safety Zone, the committee members in China reported to the world about the number of victims in Nanking battle was 49 people in 1938. Mr. Smythe reported 15,760 victims in 1938. Iris Chang said 300,000 in 1997 in her book The Rape of Nanking.

China should show us conclusive evidence about the massacre. Chinese government says 300,000 civilians were killed by the Japanese. However, the Nanking population was 250,000 before Japanese soldiers came. Moreover, the number of the population increased to 270,000 in Feb, 1938. How can you explain about this fact? China fabricated at least 143 pictures of the atrocity, and it paid money to foreigners to write books and news articles over the massacre rumor. Liar China!

China owns trillions of dollars of US treasury bonds. Many industries have pulled up stakes in Japan all together and moved to China, especially electronics and pharmaceuticals. Talk to a venture capitalist lately? If your business plan doesnt have some aspect of operations in China, you will have a tough time getting money. Just compare in dollars the US interest in Japan (vitually nothing-they have been in a 15 year recession) to China, where the investment is huge.

So yes, the US is closer to China than Japan. Closeness is measured in dollars, and our interest in China is huge. Not to mention the large number of Chinese that have moved to the US as part of the 30 year old academic exchange program, and they have started families here. How many Japanese have moved to the US and started families? About 10 people. Every high tech industry in the US has Chinese as a large portion of their staff. They are now americans, and they have an interest in China.

now with the upturn in China and the downturn in the US, many are moving back to china, but a lot leave behind families and relatives in the US. Even non-chinese americans are moving to china to work. This cross-breeding has strengthened relations much more than people may recognize, and the relation between US and China will only grow stronger. Compared to Japan- there is no comparison. If you are not in a science related field, you probablyhave no idea how close the US is to China.

It is greatly disproportional to their representation in the general population. These peope have a strong interest in China, and they strengthen our ties to China. you are a high school student, isolated in Hawaii. Have you ever been to the mainland US? Do you have any experience in a scientific field in the US? You dont know any of this stuff. You live on an island, isolated from the mainstream. We in the US dont have hardly any interactions with Japanese. But half or more of our colleagues are from mainland china. Do you know where that first installment of 1 trillion dollars went from the bailout package? It didnt go to bailout any american companies. Do your homework. It went to china. In the US, where are all of the technical jobs going? Pharmaceuticals, electronics, software and computers, all these jobs that used to be the backbone of wealth and security in this country, jobs for college graduates in technical fields-they are all evaporating, going to china. I have seen 2/3 of my department get laid off in the past 5 years because their jobs went to china. And the deals are expanding faster and faster. We will have 1 job here for every 100 jobs in china.

I never said US runs anything, we can barely run ourselves. He merely accepted without the slightest suspicion the testimony given by a Chinese who called himself an eyewitness. But why did Japanese soldiers have to disguise themselves as Chinese? It does not make any sense. Furthermore, the representatives of the refugee camps of nineteen places established in the Safety Zone were all the Chinese, except Miss Minnie Vautrin.

One woman was young but went willingly.Was this considered as a case of rape? The 13th Article affirmed that reports and photos concerning arrests or interrogations of Chinese soldiers and civilians that would give "an impression of torture" wouldn't be approved.
The 14th prohibited any "photographs of atrocities" but endorsed reports about the "cruelty of Chinese" soldiers and civilians
