Ryan's a good actor. Some people say he can act like that because of his smoking habits and drinking habits, but I don't think he ever was really an addict, because if he was, he wouldn't be looking so young. But I also mean like when he made it look like he was having a nervous breakdown, and a lot of things like that, he did it convincingly.

@superwowman100 Pretty much everyone except Jeff Davis and the Girls were introduced in the UK version, I heard somewhere that Ryan got a job as Lewis and convinced Drew to bring it here, and they had the same producer, so thus the American/Canadian actors got a spot.

@yamina123 (1 year reply oh well) NOW I can agree with you! Everyone says the American version is better because Clive isn't funny, which I tend to disagree with strongly. Drew did allow games to snowball for longer, which did make a big difference. If you've seen enough whose line, or any good improv television, it's obvious that these games snowball until something random and incredible happens.

@MisterModestMoose I think both Versions had problems with game length. The British games were sometimes cut short just as they were getting really funny while some of the games in the American version dragged on for too long and got a bit boring or didn't leave room for many other games.

@TheSamuraipat Yeah it's sometimes hit or miss. Some of the better highlights on YouTube couldn't have been what they were unless time was given but if you actually watch full episodes, it's not all gold, which is fine, I mean it's improv.

The more I watch season 10, the more I get the feeling that the producers were searching for an African-American regular (finally settling on Wayne) and a bankable name (which explains why O'Hara was invited). O'Hara proves that even the best comedians sometimes cannot do improv.
