Even with a stick, in neutral and in 2-Hi, towing a Hummer 2-up and 2-down will trash the transfer case. Why even post a video like this? If it was a all wheel drive the front wheels would have jumped out of the lift. Now I cant say it wasnt staged because It does look like it. i see alot of idiots making comments from what they dont undersatnd only what there eyes letting them see.the linkage was done b4 the cam went on....second he grabbed one wheel .its allwheel drive and cant be locked up in the fron either....job well done dude.. i would of done it the same way.

Yea, This is a total Fake - Hummer H2 - Rear Wheel drive. Who parks their hummer and does not put it in park? If it was in park, it would have came right off the back.

As far as I know Hummers are rear wheel dominate and have limited slip dif's. Why the hell would any responsible tow operator take it from the front. that $60K+ truck is now a parts wagon that might get $5000 or so at auction. And they were smart enough to put it on the net for everyone to see. Way to loose repo contracts!

hey man common first of all i am a repo man one of the best in miami at 8 units a night average i can brag it's a h2 standard 4x4 awd you can never just back into it front or back because it will lock p on you and jump of the truck rearing it up but its just you tube

@antonsz28 i got one it was a 06 fx4 the ole boy filled the cab and bed full of rip rap erosion rock they use on bridges and under passes i put a cable on it and it stood my roll back on its back tires it would not drag

definitly staged, and a hummer h2 is ALL WHEEL DRIVE and even most suv's are rear drive if you hook up on the front you need to pull the drive shaft. stick with towing or sale the trucks and find new work

This is fixed!! jus cuz he didnt look at the vin doesnt mean jack! if u have the plate number and its at the given well thats ur unit. but his lights are on an he jus pulls away with one of the hardest vehicles to repo!!! you have to pull the shaft or get a key. you cant even dolly a hummer!!

Never looked at the vin, did not drop linkage, no straps, no safety chains.
I drive these types of trucks and Hummers are harder to get because of the size of tires, they will roll off the lift easy.

yeah a demonstration on how a repossesion never goes. that vehicle had to be in neutral or drive shaft pulled i been doing towing recoveries and repos for 10 years. these guys are WANNA BE POSERS !! first of all if you are doing a repo you dont have some dick head standing by the unit with a video camera thats a give away! repos are done as stealthy as possible ! these dudes dont have a clue. . . . .

If it was a all wheel drive the front wheels would have jumped out of the lift. Now I cant say it wasnt staged because It does look like it. But I got a range rover once and just chained the lift to the front and let the wheels spin. Of coarse after putting it in neutral. And yes even in neutral on a awd the front will still spin

You are showing your absolute stupidity...Unless the vehicle was left in Neutral the transmission (connected to rear diff. by way of the drive shaft) would not allow the rear wheels to turn!

did you notice ANY resistance in the rear wheels? obviously it wasnt in park nor was the e-brake on. All the prep work (checking the vin, releasing the e-brake and putting in nuetral..etc) off camera and then just filmed the repo.

that video is not a real time repo, the hummer is rear wheel drive. I do this for a living and they made it look quicker by setting it up in neutral.

when a hummer is in park or any car for that matter it locks up the front wheels. and set towing is done by repo companys so the dont get the owner comming out and shooting them. sometimes they will break into the vehicle and drive it off the scene themselfs
