  • does the 99 block run the thrust washer instead of thrust bearing? what mods where done to prevent any problems?

  • Quit slapping your car. Get a Dyson fan.

  • Same color as my dsm <3 Now I just need that power =D

  • Hmm, Strange. Nobody has the balls to make ricer jokes about this one.

  • kiggly racing makes a piece for the crank so it does not walk also

  • Sorry, 420a or nothing.

  • @XxC4S3YxXsvr Lol, gtfo.

  • @Twinturbo120 Im a huge DSM fan. Dont get me wrong. Theres nothing wrong with the 4g63. I'd just rather build a 420a to hold a turbo instead of a 4g63.

  • @XxC4S3YxXsvr Oh ok. That's alright.

  • @XxC4S3YxXsvr 420a are garbage bro

  • @XxC4S3YxXsvr Sure if you want a unreliable slow piece of shit.

  • 4g63 or nothing..

  • Thumbs up for the dumbass who disliked it !

  • safely?

  • Started to walk on the dyno, nice!

  • oh shit

  • and I was also wondering what parts do you get to build A strong 4g64 engine to withstand 300 hp and 330 torque

  • @swat305GINO My penis can withstand about 400 hp and 450 torque, so just build it to the specs of my penis and it should be fine.

  • @swat305GINO ewww, why?

  • can an auto eclipse gst tranny withstand atleast 300 to 400 hp from the 4g64 engine if it has built internals etc?

  • Green Bay WI babbby!! beyond reline kicks ass! im from titletown also

  • yes.

  • Hey, where is this car located? Is it southern WI???

  • two questions, first, what year crank and what size rods do you use? Is it a thrust washer or thrust bearing block?

  • Turbo lag

  • you should do that to my eclipse for me x) ..... wanaaa traddeee? LOL :)

  • This is a noob question, whats the difference between 7 bolt and 6 bolt?

  • Is this the car with the lsd insert?

  • what color is this paint?

  • Nice! sounds great

  • Nice! sounds great

  • The motor is a 99 7-bolt 4G63 with a 2.4L crank, custom Groden aluminum rods, custom CP pistons, ~8.0:1 CR, with a 1G unported cylinder head, 1mm oversize valves, custom cams, 3G lifters, supertech dual HP springs, titanium retainers.

  • @twicks69

just curious why you went with such a low cr ?

  • @hoodlumfromavk more boooooooost!!

  • @hoodlumfromavk I'm assuming because of the turbo, usually if you want to run high boost you want lower compression.

  • @twicks69 How long has the engine lasted on this car?

  • 4g63 love

  • i think its a 4g64 with 4g63 head............

  • @3DBlend no... its a kitted bored and stroked 4G63, which would be way more expensive that doing the better 4G64 Block/4G63 Head job. 4G64 displacement=2.4L custom work bored and stroked=2.3L

  • @3DBlend nope its a 4g63 with a 4g63 head and a 4g64 crank

  • GO 4g63.....7 bolt.....LOVE EM

  • selling Eclipse gst 97-98 2wd -needs sunroof

automatic great shape-1 owner e mail me if interested, I'll send pics so you cabn offer malbornozpro33062@yahoo.com

  • @xTaio A stroker big turbo and a LOT of boost!

  • beatiful car!

  • Other then the great power and amazing sounds. The paint is in great condition I'm jealous.

  • i wish mine was like his :'(

  • the side signal light is stolen like mine =P

  • It looked like it wanted to come off the dyno...

  • @RatRodScirocco Loose straps = higher dyno figures.

  • @bnz500 The straps amost didnt want to hold in down because of all the power ..Sick...AWD Dyno passes kicks a@#!!!

  • @RatRodScirocco Some tuners leave straps loose to give innacurate (high) power figures. These wernt that loose although iv seen cars pushing 1000+ whp bearly moving an inch off the dyno.

  • @mr1danmeade Get the rotary quad cam diesel electric hybrid model 0-100 in 0.5 seconds

  • A Beast 4 Sure....

  • Nicely done..

Can't wait to get my gsx :D

  • and who said 7bolts cant hold power

  • people who know nothing

  • exatcly crank walk is an extremely rare occurance and from what i can tell only happens to the people who follow precautions like remove the clutch safty switch etc. they are the main ones that crank walk from my research. i have a 96 gst with about 500whp and its on a 7 bolt and it was still goin strong till i turned the boost up alil to high and jumped time and bent a few valves. but it will be back and better than ever with a new timing belt that wont stretch etc. =)

  • @DSMeclipsegst they can hold it..but not for long :p

  • @DjayJohn mine is on 194k miles and no engine trouble yet.

  • @DSMeclipsegst - Crankwalk says that. But I've heard there are ways to resolve it.

  • @youtubasoarus and crank walk is also so rare it harldy every happens. for example i have a mild built GST 7bolt goin on 200k miles and no crankwalk

  • @DSMeclipsegst ive seen so many 7b crankwalk duddee

  • @Haytees and ive seen alot of 6 bolts, vettes, camaros, mustangs, supras, civics, and other cars crankwalk as well.

  • Very nice. My ex g/f has a '95 GSX and I'm trying to get her more envolved with tuning it.

  • i'm not a fan of dsm but its pretty awesome that they can bring this much horsepower. that is super high boost though but still..remarkable

  • nicely done build are you using the 4g64 bottom end of the 2g na spyder?

  • That's a 4g63

  • you mean the crank of a 4g64? if he used the bottom end it would still be a 4g64 not 4g63. but i doubt he is using a 4g64 crack with 700+awhp. i don't think the stock crank of a 4g64 could handle that kind of power

  • awesome dsm

  • Pffft, rev that thing out man.

  • Turn the wick up and hit 900whp already man lol

  • Nice Tim, was this the run you did in August?
