I don't understand. Pythons aren't killers. They may look long but they are the most beautiful animal that ever lived. Snakes are the only animal that has no hands or legs and have a stretchable jaw. It's amazing! I've never seen any animal at all can do that. And pythons kill their prey by constricting them and what animal can do that. Most predators kill by teeth and claws so it's just amazing. And 18 people misunderstood pythons.
My biggest fear is being prevented from doing the things that make me happy. I hate the idea that people would want to take away my pets like my dog or a reptile. It's so horrible!
I know someone who has a green anaconda, would you guys ever think to get one? Cuz from what i seen from this person was that that anaconda was tamer then i have no clue...
I think you guys should try and handel the green anaconda :)
lmao! dont you hate when you see someone who sees a lil spider or beetle or something and runs screaming into the other room because they serously think its going to come get them?
LOVE the python skit. I work with a 3ft gator and adult ball python at my job. Most times when people ask me what type of snake I have around my neck, they react just like that when the word "python" comes out of my mouth. I once had a woman run away and cry, it's like they think snakes have wings! But at least most of the time, I can educate people about the snake, and erase those fears of "killer pythons" or as they're calling them here in florida...."super snakes"!
my biggest fear would be coming face to face with a venomous reptile im 14 and i have a normal ball python my mom thinks its gonna get really big but it only gets to size of 4 to 5 feet she doesnt understand.
hey great job guys, keep it up. my biggest fear would have be the "weight" of a tarantula. i personally am not scared of them but once i held a tarantula as big as my hand, and i could not feel a thing. i have nothing against them and i think they would be exceptional pets, it just the weight factor plays big in my book =D
I love spiders, roaches, bugs, airplanes, bridges, and all that stuff. I guess my biggest fear would be hearing my parents in the bedroom. It's pretty awkward when it's someone else, but when it's your parents, it makes it that much worse. e___e
It's funny, as teenagers my brother and I got our first snake, a Burmese python that was about 8" long. People warned; they aren't for novice, they are moody, they don't take to being domesticated, they bite. The snake, Damian, was literally the PERFECT pet. We had him for 8 years until his size required us to give him to a collector, but NEVER once bitten, sweet as hell, and incredibly awesome!

@mckelkas I was thinking about the late Singer Aaliyah's "We Need A Resolution" Video & she had like 5 pythons on her & I was wondering dont they kill.

dear brian do you dislike ball pythons because you dont talk about them that much and you never say theese are really cool or their one of my favorites like you do other snakes i love ball pythons by far my favorite snake but you act like you dont like them all that much
amazing i haven't seen another carpondro python apart from the one at my usual pet store in manchester uk, its good to see them being bred as they are beautiful snakes, i really hope they take off as a more popular animal as at the moment they are probably one of the most expensive snakes i have seen, great show also im looking at getting my first snake very soon (royal python) and this has proved to be a great help!
my biggest fear (more like irrational fear ) ... clowns, and im 20!!!! I got hooked up to a blood pressure machine and looked at pictures of clowns and my pulse rate spiked up over 92 bpm.
There are irresponsible people buying Burmese and Retics because they think its "cool". They dont respect these large snakes for what they are and they dont house them properly. When a 100lb snake gets out and hurts someone or that someone handels it alone, its sad but its because of irrresponsability.
my biggest fear is all the people steriotypeing me cause im muslim!! hehe loved the arab skit on this vid, my husband is arab and he may look abi tscary to some people bu thes ateddy bear if you treat him with respect! also just cause i cover all bu tmy face and hands dont mkean im aterrorist or an arab! people need to remembe rterrorists come in all shapes sizes and colors. also snakes arent all that bad i got to hold apython when i was younger and he wa sa gentleman!!
@jaketaco44 corn snakes are really nice little snakes. i had them for years, and the only time i ever got bit, was when a little female was shedding and we were feeding them, and even then, it didn't hurt.
@sundog464 insects are an invaluable asset to the ecosystem, in that they are a vital link in the food chain. and not just that, but they aid in the pollination process.
@sundog464 actually they do eat other bugs but many of the bugs they do eat can be dangerous to your health so next time u see a spide rleave it be and thank god for creating them to be free pest control that is sustainable and ecologically friendly!
"Are you going to hunt down every female python in south & central Florida and sterilize each & every one of them?" I would do this rather than kill every snake with the most cruel way OR if you afraid so much for other species they may eat away that they may come to extinction let others know that they may extinct and they'll take away some,BUT if you just prefer them to live rather than snakes..this is simply unfair
you and jeer saying like I can come there and see by myself, don't reply this
@TabalugaDragon Another posting from you? So much for your last one being THE last one. So now we all know that you're not only mentally off-track when it comes to logic but a liar as well.
Anyway, I'm not killing every snake. I love native snakes, got several poisonous species all over my property. I even rescue the native snakes, both harmless & venomous, from urban areas and relocate them to wilderness settings. Nope, I only kill the invaders.
@Inquisitor53 ...species survive than an invasive species. Anyone using logic would agree with me. What a shame that rational thinking doesn't fit into your line of thinking.
Again, grow up, leave the dope alone, go back to school to learn proper grammar, and get your brain into reality before the world comes crashing in all around you without you knowing why.
right I am a liar and all what I said was just for making fun of you, sure, I like to waste my time for people like you so much, I already suggested to get away some animals which may come to extinction and what you said to that ?NOTHING when animals become near extinction they are gotten away to safety and start breeding them, but for you it;s more logical to just kill snakes, who have no fault of being "invasive species",who don't even hurt people...
hey inquisitor53, instead of killing them how bout you catch them and give them to me...i live in south georgia...ill take them and give them a good home
@wickedwiccawitch No can do! It is now illegal in Florida to have an unchipped, unregistered python in one's posession.
I saw the writing on the wall years ago, knowing this would happen. The complacency & apathy of python lovers not taking me up on my offers I made several years to help you people rescue pythons went unheeded.
Now, the only unchipped, unregistered python the law wants to see in any one's hands is a dead one. Sorry folks but you had years of opportunity to removed them ...
@Inquisitor53 ...unharmed with me offering my services as a hunter & guide for free and the only responses were denials & threats. Can you say KARMA?
Now, rare & unique animals known only to exist in the 'glades & south Florida are being wiped out, some to the point of extinction, all due to python lovers' apathy.
The only option left for saving the fauna of Florida is to exterminate the invaders, all because NO ONE got off their lazy asses to remove them. Sad ain't it?
i hate humans, that that think, animals are our friends... so ignorant. i stay far away from all animals, because they have the POTENTIAL to kill me; and there's no pros to having an animal, unless you eat it, although i'm vegetarian.
@JackDeSimone Everything has the POTENTIAL to kill you, even a meteor falling from space. Does this mean you you spend your entire life in a basement? No. Why? Because you're educated enough to know the odds are in your favor. The same holds true for animals. If you learn all you can about them you can begin to understand them.
There are MANY pros for having an pet. It's been proven those who own pets lead longer, healthier lives. I've german shepards. I've trained them to assist in a hunt,...
@Inquisitor53 ...protect my family, and to be great gator alarms. I live around poisonous snakes, gators & crocs and have done so all my life, yet I still have all of my extremities.
In fact here in Florida there are far more deadly flora than fauna. So if you're ever find yourself in a survival situation what good is being a vegan if you don't know what plants feed you, heal you, or kill you?
Your statement about animals being friends; some are, a lot of them are not and can never be.
i have been bit by my python ashki but that was only because of my own stupidity, ashki is a young python and is still not used to bieng handled, and i stuck my hande in his face and was playing with his head. snakes dont bite unless provoked or they mistake you for food. wash your hands after handling rodents. all animals have rights and all animals have the potential to attack if provoked snakes are no different. dogs will attack you if provoked why do people think snakes are worse?
Amazing. You want to allay people's fear of pythons hurting humans. Granted, only an infant & a toddler were killed by burms, in both cases it was the irresponsible owners' fault. However you seem to overlook the fact they are killers, not of humans but of native animal species, as in the the damage the pythons are doing to the south, and now central Florida ecosystems. This is why there is now an outright ban on 11 species of pythons in Florida. Only those pythons whose owners had them...
@Inquisitor53 microchipped & registered already are allowed to keep their snakes. Those loose in the wild are targeted for legal eradication. Not with a hunting season, they tried that over a year ago with poor results. Now if you see any python loose in the wild the FWC says you're obliged to kill it in the most human way possible. Every winter I visit family in the western Everglades to do just that.
Shame you never mentioned the damage to the environment they'd cause if set loose.
@TabalugaDragon You've missed my point. I truly enjoy watching NATIVE predators doing what they do in the wilds. Pythons however, are not native to any part of the US. They are an invasive, destructive species here and they are destroying the native wildlife here in Florida. They should never have been imported. Now there are well over 100,000 of them in the Everglades and are expanding their range into central Florida and I'm doing all I can to eliminate them. My machete does the job well.
@Inquisitor53 they are not destroying anything, they only eat to survive, only HUMANS can destroy, so pythons don't deserve to die because some people mistaken importing them
That's one damned ignorant statement you just posted. When you're old enough to realize the stupidity & immaturity of your statement let me know. Then we can have a mature, adult conversation. Then we can discuss ecosystems and the destruction caused by invasive species.
Meanwhile I'm spending the winter here in the 'Glades decapitating every python my daughter's tayra can sniff out. And due to anothe record cold winter they're easy prey. Killed & skinned over 50 in the past 2 wks.
I am adult and WILL NEVER be old enough to understand why you are so cruel-minded, I've been studying snakes for years, they aren't some machines or monsters from some sci-fie movies which can just be eliminated for good, if you don't like them being around you could just prevents them from reproducing , and the statement was caused my me being NON-ignorant, because I care for snakes hating people who made them look like monsters my entire life
@TabalugaDragon I know they are not monsters but they don't belong here and you should know that.
I saw them in their native habitat in Nam and admired them for the creatures they were, as long as they stayed on their home turf. I was even tempted to bring one home but I understood the destruction they could cause if it ever escaped into an area where they have no natural predators to keep them in check.
That was over 40 years ago and unfortunately we are now witnessing the results of...
Sterilization? Are you going to hunt down every female python in south & central Florida and sterilize each & every one of them? You show me in a plausible explanation and YOU impliment the plan abd I'll never kill another python. Alas, we both know you've neither the plan or any way of carrying it out. But you let me know when you do. Until then you keep on singing your praises of pythons while they destroy the ecosystems of Florida while I ...
@Inquisitor53 ... keep putting the razor-sharp blades of my machetes to the back of their necks. We'll see which method is most effective in saving the Everglades from another invasive species.
"keep on singing your praises of pythons while they destroy the ecosystems of Florida"
pythons ARE NOT destroyers and this is my last word, did they invent atomic bomb or gun powder or they just kill whatever they see? They only kill to survive, and they are not an invasive species because they don't eat vegetables like mice, don't eat away everything like locusts, so one day they;d just run out of animals they eat and stop reproducing...
1.Pythons ARE destroying unique & rare fauna in Florida.
2.Atomic bombs & gunpowder are non sequitur to the discussion, so why bring them up?
3. Yes, they only kill to survive but they are surviving on the rare & unique species known only in the glades. So if comes down to letting the pythons live while the wipe out rare fauna or kill pythons to prevent the extinction of of said rare & indigenous animals guess which option I'm choosing.
@Inquisitor53 ...So it's okay with you that an invasive species brings about the extinction of native animals? Damn boy, you really need to get your thinking processes re-wired or check into a psyche ward ASAP!
Well, I'll give you an option: You can either keep your head up your as to prevent you from payind attention to how the real world works and keep on playing crybaby over my decapitating & skinning pythons or you can grow a set and come to the western Everglades to TRY to stop me.
@Inquisitor53 right, keep laughing damn man, like it's easy for me to cross half world to reach you and stop you,and I said don't reply because earlier YOU said that you don't wanna bother with kiddo like me, that I need to be old enough to discuss it to you, but now you became so active in proving that I'm wrong ...
and besides, I don't want to discuss it t you because you are one of those fro whom time is more important than snake lives and I can't stop you anyway, because I'm too far
1 I already suggested much more logical and fare solution
2 because you bring word destroy, invasive, like it's some kind of evil act, not natural act
3 saving animals by killing hundreds of others(especially of they don't deserve it) is not a way out, it's rather a different form of genocide, ask people, almost anyone would agree with me,besides you don't put it like "It's extremely sad, but I have to do it to protect them" but NO put that like a no big deal, like kill machines
1.Your solution is laughable: I said a logical, practical solution, not a emotional, poorly thought out idea. How would you locate every female?
2.My actions are not evil when I'm trying to save an ecosystem.
3.Not hundreds, THOUSANDS. They wouldn't deserve it if humans hadn't imported & released them in an area conducive to their breeding & feeding criteria.with none of their predators to keep their numbers in check.
4. I'm not a member of your "politeness" crowd. I'm ...
@Inquisitor53 ...doing what I can to save the native wildlife in Florida, especially the 'Glades, with apologies to no one. I'm dealing with the real world out here, "pc" thinking does not apply.
I'm not the one who imported, bought or released them here. Jump in the shit of those who did. If they weren't here to begin with we wouldn't have the situation they brought on.
Hey guys, i sent an email but incase youdidnt get i was wondering if u guys could come down to the midwest reptile show in Indiana. my birthday is finally on a reptile show and i wanted to spend it meeting u guys. i was also wondering if u came could u bring an albino burmese python for me to buy, i will pay in full and cash. for more info just contact me at dcshows1 (acount name) , thanks please reply.

Also, if you've noticed, the number one fear in America is public speaking. The second one is death. That means two things:
1. Some Americans would rather be in the coffin than on the pedestal giving the eulogy.
2. Some Americans would rather die than see someone have the rights to ACTUALLY PURSUE what makes them happy.

@jaketaco44 corn snakes are really nice little snakes. i had them for years, and the only time i ever got bit, was when a little female was shedding and we were feeding them, and even then, it didn't hurt.

i have to agree with Brian spiders and bugs scare the heck out of me!! i dont rlly see the purpose in them being here besides eating other bugs.
sundog464 1 year ago
@sundog464 insects are an invaluable asset to the ecosystem, in that they are a vital link in the food chain. and not just that, but they aid in the pollination process.
FireAndFang 11 months ago
@sundog464 actually they do eat other bugs but many of the bugs they do eat can be dangerous to your health so next time u see a spide rleave it be and thank god for creating them to be free pest control that is sustainable and ecologically friendly!

"Are you going to hunt down every female python in south & central Florida and sterilize each & every one of them?" I would do this rather than kill every snake with the most cruel way OR if you afraid so much for other species they may eat away that they may come to extinction let others know that they may extinct and they'll take away some,BUT if you just prefer them to live rather than snakes..this is simply unfair
you and jeer saying like I can come there and see by myself, don't reply this
TabalugaDragon 1 year ago
@TabalugaDragon Another posting from you? So much for your last one being THE last one. So now we all know that you're not only mentally off-track when it comes to logic but a liar as well.
Anyway, I'm not killing every snake. I love native snakes, got several poisonous species all over my property. I even rescue the native snakes, both harmless & venomous, from urban areas and relocate them to wilderness settings. Nope, I only kill the invaders.
Damn right I'd much rather have native ...
Inquisitor53 1 year ago
@Inquisitor53 ...species survive than an invasive species. Anyone using logic would agree with me. What a shame that rational thinking doesn't fit into your line of thinking.
Again, grow up, leave the dope alone, go back to school to learn proper grammar, and get your brain into reality before the world comes crashing in all around you without you knowing why.
Inquisitor53 1 year ago
@Inquisitor53
right I am a liar and all what I said was just for making fun of you, sure, I like to waste my time for people like you so much, I already suggested to get away some animals which may come to extinction and what you said to that ?NOTHING when animals become near extinction they are gotten away to safety and start breeding them, but for you it;s more logical to just kill snakes, who have no fault of being "invasive species",who don't even hurt people...
TabalugaDragon 1 year ago
hey inquisitor53, instead of killing them how bout you catch them and give them to me...i live in south georgia...ill take them and give them a good home
wickedwiccawitch 1 year ago
@wickedwiccawitch No can do! It is now illegal in Florida to have an unchipped, unregistered python in one's posession.
I saw the writing on the wall years ago, knowing this would happen. The complacency & apathy of python lovers not taking me up on my offers I made several years to help you people rescue pythons went unheeded.
Now, the only unchipped, unregistered python the law wants to see in any one's hands is a dead one. Sorry folks but you had years of opportunity to removed them ...
Inquisitor53 1 year ago

JackDeSimone 1 year ago

Your statement about animals being friends; some are, a lot of them are not and can never be.

i have been bit by my python ashki but that was only because of my own stupidity, ashki is a young python and is still not used to bieng handled, and i stuck my hande in his face and was playing with his head. snakes dont bite unless provoked or they mistake you for food. wash your hands after handling rodents. all animals have rights and all animals have the potential to attack if provoked snakes are no different. dogs will attack you if provoked why do people think snakes are worse?
wickedwiccawitch 1 year ago 32
@wickedwiccawitch I completely agree!!!!
TabalugaDragon 1 year ago
@wickedwiccawitch Because dogs can be trained, snakes can't. Dogs are not destroying the native wildlife in the Everglades, pythons are.
Any more inane questions?
Inquisitor53 1 year ago
@wickedwiccawitch aint that the truth xx
xLozapopzx 1 year ago
Inquisitor53 1 year ago
@Inquisitor53 microchipped & registered already are allowed to keep their snakes. Those loose in the wild are targeted for legal eradication. Not with a hunting season, they tried that over a year ago with poor results. Now if you see any python loose in the wild the FWC says you're obliged to kill it in the most human way possible. Every winter I visit family in the western Everglades to do just that.
Shame you never mentioned the damage to the environment they'd cause if set loose.
Inquisitor53 1 year ago
@Inquisitor53 so what???all predators are killers-cats, bears wolfs and many many other, but people don't fear them so much and don't hate them
TabalugaDragon 1 year ago
@TabalugaDragon You've missed my point. I truly enjoy watching NATIVE predators doing what they do in the wilds. Pythons however, are not native to any part of the US. They are an invasive, destructive species here and they are destroying the native wildlife here in Florida. They should never have been imported. Now there are well over 100,000 of them in the Everglades and are expanding their range into central Florida and I'm doing all I can to eliminate them. My machete does the job well.
Inquisitor53 1 year ago
@Inquisitor53 they are not destroying anything, they only eat to survive, only HUMANS can destroy, so pythons don't deserve to die because some people mistaken importing them
TabalugaDragon 1 year ago
That's one damned ignorant statement you just posted. When you're old enough to realize the stupidity & immaturity of your statement let me know. Then we can have a mature, adult conversation. Then we can discuss ecosystems and the destruction caused by invasive species.
Meanwhile I'm spending the winter here in the 'Glades decapitating every python my daughter's tayra can sniff out. And due to anothe record cold winter they're easy prey. Killed & skinned over 50 in the past 2 wks.
Enjoy!
Inquisitor53 1 year ago
@Inquisitor53
I am adult and WILL NEVER be old enough to understand why you are so cruel-minded, I've been studying snakes for years, they aren't some machines or monsters from some sci-fie movies which can just be eliminated for good, if you don't like them being around you could just prevents them from reproducing , and the statement was caused my me being NON-ignorant, because I care for snakes hating people who made them look like monsters my entire life
TabalugaDragon 1 year ago
@TabalugaDragon I know they are not monsters but they don't belong here and you should know that.
I saw them in their native habitat in Nam and admired them for the creatures they were, as long as they stayed on their home turf. I was even tempted to bring one home but I understood the destruction they could cause if it ever escaped into an area where they have no natural predators to keep them in check.
That was over 40 years ago and unfortunately we are now witnessing the results of...

@Inquisitor53 ... of what I knew would happen.
Inquisitor53 1 year ago
@Inquisitor53 ... keep putting the razor-sharp blades of my machetes to the back of their necks. We'll see which method is most effective in saving the Everglades from another invasive species.
Inquisitor53 1 year ago
@Inquisitor53
TabalugaDragon 1 year ago
@TabalugaDragon
4. Yeah, run out of animals...
Inquisitor53 1 year ago
@Inquisitor53 ...So it's okay with you that an invasive species brings about the extinction of native animals? Damn boy, you really need to get your thinking processes re-wired or check into a psyche ward ASAP!
Well, I'll give you an option: You can either keep your head up your as to prevent you from payind attention to how the real world works and keep on playing crybaby over my decapitating & skinning pythons or you can grow a set and come to the western Everglades to TRY to stop me.
Inquisitor53 1 year ago
@Inquisitor53 right, keep laughing damn man, like it's easy for me to cross half world to reach you and stop you,and I said don't reply because earlier YOU said that you don't wanna bother with kiddo like me, that I need to be old enough to discuss it to you, but now you became so active in proving that I'm wrong ...
and besides, I don't want to discuss it t you because you are one of those fro whom time is more important than snake lives and I can't stop you anyway, because I'm too far
TabalugaDragon 1 year ago
@Inquisitor53
TabalugaDragon 1 year ago
@TabalugaDragon
Inquisitor53 1 year ago
@Inquisitor53 ...doing what I can to save the native wildlife in Florida, especially the 'Glades, with apologies to no one. I'm dealing with the real world out here, "pc" thinking does not apply.
I'm not the one who imported, bought or released them here. Jump in the shit of those who did. If they weren't here to begin with we wouldn't have the situation they brought on.
