That´s correct! It´s an O´Carolan tune wich is also called "Colonel John Irwin".
When I made the arrangement twenty years ago I got only the melody notes from an old Folkbook that does not mentioned the composer. Sorry!

Depends on what you call (Trad.). If you mean composer unknown then this is not (Trad.) I'm sure that you must know this was composed by Turlough O'Carolan.
